| المستخلص: | يتناول البحث الحماية الجنائية للقاصر، إذ تعد مرحلة الطفولة من أخطر مراحل العمر وأعظمها شأنا في تكوين شخصية الفرد، فالطفل ضعيف لا يستطيع أن يلبي حاجته التي تضمن له استمرار الحياة معتمدا على ذاته كما أنه لا يستطيع أن يعبر عن انفعالاته ورغباته فهو قوي بامتلاكه قلوب الآباء فالطفل طاهر نقي بريء يستمد طهره وبراءته من عدم قدرته على درء الخطر عنه. وما يهمنا في موضوع بحثنا هو القاصر أو الحدث أو الطفل صغير السن وما يحيطه به القانون من حماية سواء كانت موضوعيه أم إجرائية والحماية الموضوعية الجنائية تتمثل في حماية حقة في الحياة منذ أن يكون جنينا وكذلك حقة في الحماية من مختلف الجرائم التي يمكن أن تقع علية سواء كانت من قبل الأسرة أم المجتمع. The research deals with the criminal protection of minors, since childhood is considered the most dangerous stage of life and the most valuable in the formation of an individual's personality, so a weak child cannot meet the needs that guarantee the continuation of life, relying on himself, and he cannot express his emotions and desires, because he is strong by possessing the hearts of his parents.
