| 520 | |a تتعرض العربية في عصرها الحديث إلى أسباب تؤثر في استعمالها حتى في مواطنها. واهم هذه الأسباب غياب التخطيط اللغوي في مناهجها في التعليم بكل مراحله وعدم الاتفاق في المقررات التي تتخذها المؤتمرات اللغوية ما أدى إلى ضعف مناهج تدريسها وتشجيع وسائل انتشار اللغات الأخرى كاللهجات العامية ثم فتح المجال للتوسع في استعمال اللغات الأجنبية وخصوصا اللغة الإنجليزية في مناهج التعليم على اختلاف مراحله وفي الاستعمال حتى أنك ترى الإنجليزية في بعض دول الخليج هي المفضلة في التعامل. ثم عدم متابعة وسائل تحسينها بنشر مقررات المجامع العلمية العربية، فترى مقررات لجان المجمع العلمي اللغوي بمصر مثلا لا تتابعها الأوساط اللغوية نفسها أحيانا وعدم اتفاق الدوائر اللغوية العربية في مؤتمراتها اللغوية لما تقرره من الاستعمال الصحيح في لغة التعليم خاصة في مراحله المختلفة، لذلك تبقى المقررات حبرا على ورق أن لم تنفذ وتتابع عمليا. |b The Arabic language, in its modern era, is exposed to reasons that affect its use even in its native countries. The most important of these reasons is the absence of linguistic planning of curricula in education at all levels, the lack of agreement in the decisions taken by the linguistic conferences which led to the weakness of its teaching curricula, encouragement of the means of spreading other languages, such as colloquial dialects, and then opened the way for the expanding of using foreign languages, especially the English language in the education curricula at all levels to the extent one can see English in some Gulf countries being the preferred way of communicating. Moreover, there is a lack of follow-up on the means of improving it by publishing the decisions of the Arab scientific academies. You see, for example, the decisions of the committees of the Scientific Linguistic Academy in Egypt are sometimes not followed up by the linguistic circles themselves, and the Arab linguistic circles do not agree in their linguistic conferences on what they decide regarding the correct usage in the education language, especially in its various stages. Therefore, the decisions remain inactive and would become nothing more than a dead letter if not implemented and followed up in use and practice. | ||
