| المستخلص: | استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة من حيث: (إعادة تشكيل ثقافة المؤسسة الجامعية -دعم الإدارة العليا -الإشراف والمتابعة -تفعيل البيئة الإلكترونية –التطبيق) للتحول إلى نظام الفصول الثلاثة بالجامعات السعودية، والكشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة حول متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة للتحول إلى نظام الفصول الثلاثة بالجامعات السعودية تعزى للمتغيرات التالية: (الكلية، الدرجة العلمية). ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وقد تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للحصول على البيانات، وقد تمثلت عينة الدراسة النهائية في (240) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومن في حكمهم بجامعة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: جاءت درجة الموافقة على متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة في جامعة جدة لدى أفراد العينة مرتفعة جدا، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة حول متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة للتحول إلى نظام الفصول الثلاثة بالجامعات السعودية تعزى لمتغير الكلية والدرجة العلمية في جميع الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية للاستبانة. The aim of the current research is to identify the requirements of total quality management in terms of: (reforming the culture of the university institution- supporting senior management- supervision and follow-up- activating the electronic environment- application) to switch to the three-semester system in Saudi universities, and revealing the existence of statistically significant differences in the response The members of the study sample on the requirements of total quality management for the transition to the three-semester system in Saudi universities are attributed to the following variables: (college, academic degree). To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was relied on, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for obtaining data. The study sample consisted of (240) faculty members and the like at the University of Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The degree of approval of the total quality management requirements at the University of Jeddah among the sample members was very high, and there were statistically significant differences in the response of the study sample members to the total quality management requirements for the transition to a system The three semesters in Saudi universities are attributed to the variable of college and academic degree in all dimensions and the total score of the questionnaire. |
