| المستخلص: | إن القرآن الكريم هو عز العرب في لغتهم، والمستودع الأمين للهجاتهم، فهو مزيج محكم من هذه اللهجات، ولابد لمن تعرض للتفسير أن يتعرض للهجات العرب، لكن قل من يستعين بها في تفسير القرآن الكريم، مبينا أوجه المعاني المختلفة في الكلمة بناء على اختلاف استخدام العرب لها، وهذا باب عظيم، مودع في كتاب الله وهو من لطائف التفسير، أن يذكر المفسر للكلمة الواحدة عدة معاني، مستعينا بلهجات العرب في هذه الكلمة، ومن هؤلاء المفسرين الإمام العالم حجة عصره في التفسير الإمام ابن كثير، ونحن من خلال كتابه المسمى: "تفسير القرآن العظيم" سنبين كيف استعان الإمام بلهجات العرب في تفسيره، وقد مهدنا لهذا المبحث بترجمة موجزة عن الإمام، وذكر مطالب هي لما بعدها تمهيد وتوضيح كمعنى الأحرف السبعة ومفهومها عند ابن كثير، وقد ذكرنا أمثلة مختارة لاستعانة الإمام بلهجات العرب، وقد ختمنا هذه البحث المتواضع بنتائج في مسائل قد كثرة أقوال العلماء فيها، قد بينا قول ابن كثير ورأيه ومن هذه المسائل، معنى الأحرف السبعة، لأن من بين هذه الأقوال أنها سبع لهجات في كلمة واحدة. ورأي الإمام ابن كثير في هذه المسائل مما يستأنس به بل هو القول الراجح القريب للصواب، والنقل لموافقة العقل له.
