| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى بيان الرؤية الأصولية للدلالة الالتزامية؛ لما لها من أثر عظيم في عملية الاستنباط والأحكام من النصوص. لذا اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة (الدلالة الالتزامية من وجهة نظر أصولية) إلى بيان الدلالة في البساط اللغوي والاصطلاحي الأصولي حسب ما ذهب إليه أبناء العامة والإمامية، وبيان مفردة الالتزام من ناحية اللغة والاصطلاح، وتطرق الباحث إلى بيان أقسام الدلالة الالتزامية من لزوم بين بالمعنى الأعم ولزوم بين بالمعنى الأخص ولزوم غير بين، وما يرادفها في علم الأصول من المنطوق والمفهوم وأقسامه من (الحصر، الغاية، الشرط، اللقب، والدلالات السياقية من: إشارة وتنبيه واقتضاء)، وبيان علاقة اللازم بالملزوم وما ينشأ من التلازم ثبوتا ونفيا قواعد مهمة لها أثرها في علم الأصول، وتطرق الباحث إلى بيان أراء العلماء في تبعية الدلالة الالتزامية للمطابقية في الحجية. وما تطرق هذا البحث إلى نماذج تعد عينات لهذه الدراسة، ومناقشة آراء العلماء فيها على ضوء ما توصل إليه من الدراسة. The research aims to explain the fundamentalist vision of the obligatory significance. Because of its great impact on the process of deduction and judgments from texts. Therefore, the researcher adopted in this study (the obligatory connotation from a fundamentalist point of view), to explain the connotation in the fundamental linguistic and terminological simplicity according to what the sons of the common people and the Imamis held, and to explain the word "commitment" from the point of view of language and terminology. The researcher addressed the sections of the obligatory connotation of necessity between meaning. The more general meaning is clear necessity in the most specific sense and non-clear necessity, and what is synonymous with it in the science of principles of what is spoken and understood and its divisions (limitation, purpose, condition, title, and contextual connotations such as: indication, warning, and necessity), and an explanation of the relationship of what is necessary with what is necessary and what arises from the conjunction, proving and denying important rules for it. Its impact on the science of principles, and the researcher discussed the opinions of scholars regarding the dependency of the binding significance on conformity in authenticity. This research did not discuss models that are samples for this study, and a discussion of the opinions of scholars regarding them in light of the findings of the study. |
