المستخلص:The human factor is a crucial pillar in the success of organizations, and it is a key asset for the organization, without which the desired goals cannot be achieved. The study investigated the perception of employees of the health sector in Saudi Arabia regarding organizational intelligence, organizational identification and perceived organizational support. Organizational intelligence is one of the best methods for establishing a smart organization. In addition, organizational identification is significant in enhancing the performance of the organization. When employees are happy and committed with the organization, they contribute to achieving organizational goals. In coming to these insights, the analytical research approach was used to analyze, interpret data and testing the hypotheses. It was found that there is a high level of organizational intelligence and organizational identification among employees in several health institutions in Saudi Arabia. Moreover, organizational identification is significantly linked to perceived organizational support, which has a considerable impact on human performance. Furthermore, the results revealed that the respondents identified themselves with their institution by reshaping their values and goals to align with those of the institution and they have a positive relationship with their institution.
