| المستخلص: | استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تحليل الوضع الحالي للتعرف على مدي توظيف مسرح العرائس في مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة في تنمية القيم الأخلاقية للأطفال في ضوء التحديات المعاصرة، والتعرف على المعوقات التي تقف حائلا دون تفعيل هذا الدور، والوقوف على أهم التحديات المعاصرة المؤثرة على القيم الأخلاقية، وصولا إلى تقديم آليات لتفعيل ذلك الدور، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعدت الباحثة ثلاث استبيانات كأداة لجمع البيانات الميدانية طبقت على عينة قوامها (٦٠) من معلمات رياض الأطفال (۲۰) من الموجهات، (۱۰) من خبراء ثقافة الطفل في محافظة بورسعيد، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد أظهرت النتائج تدنى واقع دور مسرح العرائس في تنمية القيم الأخلاقية لأطفال ما قبل المدرسة، واتفاق أفراد عينة الدراسة على وجود معوقات تحول دون توظيف مسرح العرائس في تنمية القيم الأخلاقية للأطفال منها؛ نقص البنية التحتية المتطورة لمسرح العرائس في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال، وافتقار النصوص المسرحية المقدمة في مسرح العرائس إلى مقومات العمل المسرحي الجيد، ندرة تدريب المعلمات على إنتاج واستخدام العرائس في أنشطة مسرحية، ونقص الدعم المادي المقدم وما ترصده المؤسسات التربوية، والثقافية لتطوير مسرح الطفل بشكل عام ومسرح العرائس بشكل خاص، وفي ضوء ما توصلت اليه الدراسة من نتائج قدمت الباحثة تصور مقترح لآليات تفعيل دور مسرح العرائس في تنمية القيم الأخلاقية لطفل ما قبل المدرسة في ضوء التحديات المعاصرة. The current study aimed at analyzing the current situation to identify the extent to which puppet theater is used in the pre-school stage in developing moral values for children in the light of contemporary challenges, and to identify the obstacles that stand in the way of activating this role. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared three questionnaires as a tool for collecting field data. It was applied to a sample of (60) kindergarten teachers, (20) mentors, (10) child culture experts in Port Said Governorate, using the descriptive analytical method. The results showed a low reality of the role of puppet theater in developing the moral values of pre-school children, The agreement of the study sample on the existence of obstacles that prevent the use of puppet theater in the development of children's moral values, including; The lack of advanced infrastructure for puppet theater in kindergarten institutions, the lack of theatrical texts presented in the puppet theater of the elements of good theatrical work, the scarcity of training teachers on the production and use of puppets in theatrical activities, and the lack of financial support provided and monitored by educational and cultural institutions for the development of children's theater. In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a proposed conception of mechanisms for activating the role of puppet theater in developing the moral values of pre-school children in the light of contemporary challenge. |
