| المستخلص: | تتيح للإمارات الصغيرة سبل التنمية والتطور؛ حيث تسهم الإمارات الغنية في رفع مستوى الإمارات الصغيرة. وتشكل كيانا اتحاديا سياسيا واقتصاديا وعسكريا، يستطيع حماية أمنه الداخلي والخارجي في المنطقة. وجهت الدعوة للإمارات المتصالحة وقطر والبحرين، على أمل أن يكون الاتحاد تساعيا، وذلك في اجتماع إمارة دبي من ٢٥- ٢٧ فبراير ١٩٦٨م وأعلنت الموافقة المبدئية على الاتحاد، وعلى الأسس التالية، تشكيل مجلس أعلى من الحكام تكون رئاسته بالتناوب؛ وذلك في موعد أقصاه ۳۰ أغسطس ١٩٦٨م، إلا أن هذه الاجتماعات استمرت أكثر من سنتين، في محاولة للوصول إلى نتائج إيجابية للاتحاد ولكن دون جدوى؛ حيث أعلنت قطر والبحرين استقلالهما منفردين، الأمر الذي أدى إلى اجتماع حكام الإمارات بصورة أكثر حرصا، فتم إعلان الاتحاد في الثاني من ديسمبر عام ١٩٧١م الذي يتألف من إمارة أبو ظبي، وإمارة دبي، وإمارة الشارقة، وإمارة عجمان، وإمارة أم القيوين، وإمارة الفجيرة تعتبر الدراسة من أوائل الدراسات التاريخية التي تتناول موضوع تطور دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة تاريخيا منذ مرحلة الاتحاد التساعي لعام ١٩٦٨ وتوصف كافة الأحداث التاريخية التي مر بها الاتحاد التساعي منذ نشأته وحتى انتهاؤه، كما أنها تبين الخطوات التي مرت بها المنطقة بعد هذه الفترة وصولا إلى مرحلة اتحاد دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة عام ١٩٧١. إن موضوع الدراسة من المواضيع المهمة التي لم تنل نصيبها من البحث التاريخي، ولم يتم تناولها بشكل تاريخي مفصل وهو ما يفسر قلة الدراسات الإماراتية حولها، تتمحور الإشكالية في التساؤل التالي: كيف نشأت فكرة الاتحاد التساعي وكيف أخفقت؟ ومن أبرز النتائج أن مسيرة الاتحاد هي مسيرة نبيلة ومشرفة يعتز بها كل مواطن وكل عربي ومسلم في هذا الوطن ويسمى كل مجتمع لأن يصل إلى ما وصلت إليه دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. The subject of the study is one of the important topics that did not receive its share of historical research, and it was not dealt with in a detailed historical manner, which explains the lack of Emirati studies on it, the problem revolves around the following question: How did the idea of the nine-year union arise and how did it fail\? One of the most prominent results is that the march of the Union is a noble and honorable march that every citizen and every Arab and Muslim in this country is proud of, and every society is called to reach what the United Arab Emirates has reached. |
