| المستخلص: | اهتمت الدراسة برصد أبرز وأهم الانعكاسات والتأثيرات الوجدانية نتيجة استخدام الجمهور المصري للمواقع الإخبارية ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي أثناء كوارث البيئة الطبيعية خاصة أثناء كارثة زلزال سوريا وتركيا ۲۰۲۳م، ومدى تأثير هذا الاستخدام على مخاوفهم ومستوى إدراكهم للمخاطر المحتملة لتلك الكوارث، فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الإعلامي، واستعانت في جمع بياناتها على الأسلوب الكمي والكيفي من خلال إجراء مجموعات نقاش مركزة، وأداة استبيان وتم توزيعها على عينة قوامها (۳۰۰) مفردة، وقد تم تصميم مقاييس الدراسة بحيث تتضمن معرفة كثافة التعرض والاستخدام لكلا من المواقع الإخبارية ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي ودوافع هذا التعرض، أيضا رصد أهم التأثيرات والانعكاسات الوجدانية ومستوى المخاوف تجاه تلك الكوارث ومدى إدراكهم لها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المواقع الإخبارية ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي قد نالت اهتمام كبير بالمتابعة من قبل عينة الدراسة ومجموعات النقاش المركزة أثناء هذا الزلزال، كما أجمعت مجموعات النقاش الثلاث على عدم ثقتهم بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي، على عكس المواقع الإخبارية، كما تفوقت التأثيرات والانعكاسات الوجدانية الإيجابية على الانعكاسات الوجدانية السلبية، وأثبتت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين دوافع تعرض الجمهور المصري للمواقع الإخبارية ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي أثناء الكوارث البيئية الطبيعية خاصة زلزال سوريا وتركيا ۲۰۲۳ م وبين مخاوفهم المدركة نحو تلك الكوارث. The study aims at observing the most significant emotional repercussions of the Egyptian public's visits to news websites and social media platforms in times of the natural disasters, especially the 2023 earthquake in Syria and Turkey. The study also focusses on the extent of the impact of such news on the Egyptian Public’s fears and their realization of the potential dangers of those disasters. Both the quantitative and the qualitative methods were adopted during collecting the data for the media survey by conducting focus group discussions and a questionnaire. A sample of (300) individuals were given the questionnaire and the measures were designed to determine the intensity of their exposure to both news websites and social media platforms, as well as their motives for this exposure. In addition, it observes the emotional effect of such natural disasters on the sample, the level of their fear and the extent of their realization of their danger. The study concludes that the news websites and the social media platforms were greatly followed by the study sample and the focused discussion groups in times of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria in 2023. All the three discussion groups have agreed that the social media platforms are less reliable than the news websites. Moreover, the positive emotional repercussions have outdone the negative ones. Finally, the results have proved that there is a statistically significant correlation between the Egyptian public's perceived fears of the dangers of the natural disasters, especially the earthquake in Syria and Turkey, and their visits to news websites and social media platforms in times of the disaster. |
