| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين الابتزاز العاطفي للزوجة ببعدية (نقد ولوم- التهديد وإثارة المشكلات) وإدارة الحوار الأسرى بمحاوره الأربعة (تحديد الهدف من الحوار- التخطيط للحوار- تنفيذ الحوار- تقيم الحوار) دراسة العلاقة بين الابتزاز العاطفي للزوجة ببعديه وإدارة الحوار الأسرى بمحاوره الأربعة لدى ربات الأسر عينة الدراسة، الكشف عن الفروق بين ربات الأسر الريفيات والحضريات في الابتزاز العاطفي للزوجة ببعديه وإدارة الحوار الأسرى بمحاوره الأربعة، الكشف عن الفروق بين ربات الأسر العاملات وغير العاملات في الابتزاز العاطفي للزوجة ببعديه وإدارة الحوار الأسرى بمحاوره الأربعة، الكشف عن طبيعة الاختلاف بين ربات الأسر عينة البحث في الابتزاز العاطفي للزوجة ببعديه وإدارة الحوار الأسرى بمحاوره الأربعة تبعا لمستوى الدخل، الكشف عن طبيعة الاختلاف بين ربات الأسر عينة البحث في الابتزاز العاطفي للزوجة ببعديه وإدارة الحوار الأسرى بمحاوره الأربعة تبعا لمستوى تعليم الزوج وتكونت عينة البحث من 200 من ربات الأسر من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة وتم اختيارهم بطريقة غرضية. تم تطبيق أدوات البحث في مدينة المنصورة وطنطا وبعض القرى التابعة لهما، وتكونت أدوات البحث من استمارة البيانات العامة لربة الأسرة، استبيان الابتزاز العاطفي للزوجة، وإدارة الحوار الأسرى، وبعد تجميع هذه البيانات تم تصنيفها وتبويبها واستخدام المعاملات الإحصائية المناسبة ببرنامج spss وصولا إلى النتائج، اتبع في البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الابتزاز العاطفي للزوجة ببعديه (نقد ولوم- التهديد وإثارة المشكلات) وإدارة الحوار الأسرى بمحاوره الأربعة (تحديد الهدف من الحوار- التخطيط للحوار- تنفيذ الحوار- تقيم الحوار)، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ربات الأسر الريفيات والحضريات في الابتزاز العاطفي للزوجة وإدارة الحوار الأسرى"، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ربات الأسر العاملات وغير العاملات في الابتزاز العاطفي للزوجة وإدارة الحوار الأسرى، لا يوجد تباين دال إحصائيا بين ربات الأسر عينة البحث في الابتزاز العاطفي للزوجة وإدارة الحوار الأسرى تبعا لاختلاف مستوى الدخل، لا يوجد تباين دال إحصائيا بين ربات الأسر عينة البحث في الابتزاز العاطفي للزوجة وإدارة الحوار الأسرى تبعا لاختلاف مستوى تعليم الزوج. وقد أوصت الدراسة تكثيف البرامج الإعلامية الموجهة للأسرة التي تبحث في العلاقات الأسرية وإرشاد المتزوجين بأهمية الحوار في الحياة الأسرية، العمل على توعية ربات الأسر بكيفية مواجهة الابتزاز العاطفي من خلال تفعيل دور الإرشاد الأسري، ومن خلال عمل كتيبات ونشرات تعني بذلك، تدريب ربات الأسر على إدارة الحوار الأسرى من خلال ورش عمل لما لها من مردود إيجابي على جوانب متعددة في شخصياتهن، تفعيل دور المؤسسات الاجتماعية الخاصة بالأسرة مثل مكاتب التوجيه والاستشارات الأسرية عبر وسائل التواصل المختلفة حتى تتمكن ربة الأسرة من الحصول على الاستشارات التي تحتاجها لتزيد من ثقتها بنفسها، حث الزوج والأبناء من خلال وسائل الإعلام أو من خلال عقد الندوات على ضرورة تحفيز رب الأسرة على حسن معاملة الزوجة لما له من عظيم الأثر في تنمية ثقتها بنفسها وزيادة إقبالها على الحياة الأسرية. The research aims at studying -Studying the relation between blackmailing the wife emotionally, in its two dimensions (criticism- reproach and making troubles) and managing the family dialogue in its four dimensions (specifying the objective of the dialogue- planning the dialogue- executing the dialogue- evaluation of the dialogue). -Studying the relationship between blackmailing the wife emotionally in its two dimensions and managing the family dialogue in its four dimensions for the housewives (the study sample). -Detecting the differences between the rural and urban housewives in blackmailing the wife emotionally in its two dimensions and managing the family dialogue in its four dimensions. -Clarifying the differences between the working and non- working women in the emotional blackmail of the wife in its two dimensions and managing the family dialogue in its four dimensions. -Detecting the nature of difference between the housewives (study sample) in the wife's emotional blackmail in its two dimensions and managing the family dialogue in its four dimensions, upon the income level. -Detecting the nature of difference between the housewives (study sample) in the wife's emotional blackmail in its two dimensions and managing the family dialogue in its four dimensions according to the husband's educational level. -The study sample consisted of 245 housewives from different social and economic levels and they were selected by an purposive method. The research tools were applied in Mansoura, Tanta and some villages. The study tools consisted of the housewife's general information form and the wife's emotional blackmail and the management of the dialogue. After collecting the data, they were classified and categorized by using the appropriate statistic variables at spss program until reaching the results. The analytical descriptive approach was used in this research. -The most important results of the research: There are no correlative relation with statistical significance between the emotional blackmail of the wife in its two dimensions (criticism and reproach -making troubles) and managing the family dialogue in its four dimensions (specifying the objective of the dialogue- planning the dialogue- executing the dialogue- evaluation of the dialogue). There are no differences with statistical significance between the rural and urban housewives in blackmailing the wife emotionally and managing the family dialogue. There are no differences with statistical significance between the working and non-working housewives in blackmailing the wife emotionally and managing the family dialogue. There is no correlation with housewives (the study sample) statistical amongst the in blackmailing the wife emotionally and managing the family dialogue, according to the difference in the income level. There is no correlation with statistical amongst the housewives (the study sample) in blackmailing the wife emotionally and managing the family dialogue, according to the difference in the husband's educational level. The study recommends as follows: -To increase the media programs which address the family which searches in the family relations and guide the married persons regarding the importance of dialogue in the family life. -To raise the awareness of the housewives in how to encounter the emotional blackmail by activating the role of family guidance and making publications and booklets interested in this matter. -To teach the housewives how to manage the family dialogue by workshops, which have a positive result upon the different aspects in their characters. -To activate the role of the social institutions concerned with family like the offices of family guidance and consultation via the different social media, until the housewife be able to get the consultations she need to increase her trust. -To encourage the husbands and children through the social media or making seminars to the necessity of motivating the family man to treat the wife well because this affects greatly to develop her trust and increases her attention to the family life. |
