| المستخلص: | استهدف البحث الحالي دراسة فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي المعد لتنمية الوعي بالممارسات الإدارية الخضراء بمحاورها (التوظيف الأخضر للموارد، الإدارة الخضراء للمعلومات، إدارة الصحة والسلامة الخضراء، تقييم الأداء الأخضر) لدي المراهقين وعلاقتها بتحملهم للمسئولية بمحاورها (الاعتماد على النفس، الثقة بالنفس والإحساس بقيمة الذات، القدرة على إبداء الرأي واتخاذ القرار)، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الشبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث الاستطلاعية من (50) مراهق تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (17- 19) سنة من حضر مدينة أسيوط ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية غرضية وذلك لتقنين أدوات الدراسة المتمثلة في (استمارة البيانات العامة، استبيان الوعي بالممارسات الإدارية الخضراء، واستبيان تحمل المسئولية) وتم التطبيق القبلي للأدوات على العينة الأساسية المكونة من (400) مراهق، وتم تطبيق البرنامج المعد على العينة التجريبية وقوامها (75) مراهق من الحاصلين على مستوى وعي منخفض (جزء من الربيعي الأدنى) نتيجة استجابتهم على أدوات الدراسة وهذا ما أوضحته نتائج عينة البحث الأساسية وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية من العينة الأساسية، وبعد ذلك تم التطبيق البعدي على العينة التجريبية لأدوات الدراسة، وكانت أهم النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط طردي بين محاور الوعي بالممارسات الإدارية الخضراء ومحاور تحمل المسئولية ومتغيرات الدراسة ككل عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) فيما عدا الترتيب بين الأخوة كانت علاقة عكسية للممارسات الإدارية الخضراء وتحمل المسئولية، وكذلك وجد أن أكثر متغيرات الدراسة تأثيرا على مستوى الممارسات الإدارية الخضراء لدي المراهقين كانت (المستوى التعليمي للأم، المستوى التعليمي للأب، متوسط الدخل الشهري للأسرة، المستوى التعليمي للمراهق، الترتيب بين الأخوة عدد أفراد الأسرة) على الترتيب حيث بلغت قيمة نسبة المشاركة R2 (0,742، 0,717، 0,646، 0,636، 0,550، 0,492) عند مستوى دلالة 0.01. أن أكثر متغيرات الدراسة تأثيراً على تحمل المسئولية لدي المراهق كانت (المستوى التعليمي للأم، المستوى التعليمي للأب، متوسط الدخل الشهري للأسرة، المستوى التعليمي للمراهق الترتيب بين الأخوة، عدد أفراد الأسرة) على الترتيب حيث بلغت قيمة نسبة المشاركة R2 (0,652، 0,587، 0,541، 0,527، 0,514، 0,500) عند مستوى دلالة 0,01، وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين المراهقين عينة البحث التجريبية في متوسطي الوعي بالممارسات الإدارية الخضراء وتحمل المسئولية قبل تطبيق البرنامج وبعده لصالح التطبيق البعدي. كما اتضح أن قيمة N2 في الممارسات الإدارية الخضراء = 0,954 وقيمة (d) 9.1 وفي تحمل المسئولية = 0,951 وقيمة =(d) 8.8 إذن حجم تأثير البرنامج المعد كبير في تنمية الوعي بالممارسات الإدارية الخضراء للمراهقين ورفع قدرتهم على تحملهم للمسئولية، ومن اهم التوصيات ضرورة تبني وزارة التربية والتعليم والمواقع التعليمية تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي المعد لتنمية الوعي بالممارسات الإدارية الخضراء لدي المراهقين ورفع قدرتهم على تحمل المسئولية وذلك لفاعليته في تنمية الوعي البيئي وتدعيم التنمية المستدامة للأسرة وتحقيق رؤية مصر 2030 م، وكذلك ضرورة إضافة مقرر لتدريس الإدارة الخضراء بالمراحل التعليمية المختلفة لما لها من تأثير كبير في المحافظة على البيئة ورفع القدرة على تحمل المسئولية. The current research aimed to study the effectiveness of the counseling program designed to develop green management practices in its axes (green recruitment of resources, green management of information, green health and safety management, green performance evaluation) among adolescents and its relationship to their taking responsibility for its axes (self-reliance, self-confidence and sense of self-worth, ability to Expressing opinion and decision-making), and the study followed the analytical descriptive approach and the experimental approach. The study represented in (General Data Form, Awareness Questionnaire of Green Management Practices, and Responsibility Questionnaire) and the tools were previously applied to the basic sample consisting of (400) adolescents, and the prepared program was applied to the experimental sample consisting of (75) adolescents with a total level of awareness Low (lower quartile) as a result of their response to the study tools, and this was shown by the results of the basic research sample, and they were deliberately chosen from the first sample basic, and then the post application was done on the experimental sample of the study tools, and the most important results were the existence of a direct correlation between the axes of awareness of green management practices and the axes of bearing responsibility and the variables of the study and the variables at the level of significance (0.01), while the variable of monthly income and the number of family members was An inverse relationship for green management practices, and it was also found that the most influential variables of the study on the level of awareness of green management practices for adolescents were (mother's work, father's education, gender, average monthly household income, teenage education level, arrangement between siblings, family size) in order where it reached Participation R2 value (0.492, 0.550, 0.636, 0.646, 0.717, 0.742) at the significance level of 0.01 The most influencing variables of the study on the level of responsibility for adolescents were the education of the mother, the education of the father, sex, the average monthly income of the family, the level of adolescent education, the arrangement between siblings, the number of family members) respectively, where the value of the participation rate R2 was (0.500, 0.514, 0.527, 0.541, 0.587, 0.652) at the level of significance of 0.01, and there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) among adolescents, the experimental research sample, in the average awareness of green management practices and taking responsibility before and after implementing the program in favor of the post-application. It also turned out that the value of N2 in green management practices = 0.954 and in taking responsibility = 0.951. Therefore, the size of the effect of the prepared program is large, which illustrates the effectiveness of the program in developing awareness of green management practices for adolescents and its relationship to raising their responsibility. One of the most important recommendations is the need for the Ministry of Education and educational sites to adopt the program. The guideline designed to develop awareness of green management practices among adolescents and raise their ability to assume responsibility, due to its effectiveness in developing environmental awareness, supporting sustainable development for the family and achieving Egypt's vision 2030, as well as the need to add a course to teach green management in different educational stages because of its great impact in preserving the environment and raising capacity I have to take responsibility. |
