| المستخلص: | تسعى هذه الدراسة لتحقيق هدف رئيسي يتمثل في التحليل المقارن للأطروحات والأطر الخاصة بتغطية الصحافة الأمريكية لإشكاليات عملية الإصلاح السياسي في مصر، وذلك خلال الفترة "۲۰۱۰م- ۲۰۱۱م". حيث تبلورت المشكلة البحثية لها في بحث الأطروحات والأطر الخبرية التي توظفها الصحافة الأمريكية في معالجتها لإشكاليات عملية الإصلاح السياسي في مصر هذا وقد اعتمدت الدراسة في إطارها النظري على "نظرية تحليل الأطر الخبرية:" Theory Analysis Framing News واستخدمت الدراسة منهج "المسح الإعلامي" وأسلوب المقارنة المنهجية. كما تم الاعتماد على أسلوب المسح بالعينة لصحيفتي الواشنطن بوست والنيويورك تايمز، وذلك من خلال الأسبوع الصناعي، في الفترة الزمنية من "۲۰۱۰م" إلى "۲۰۱۱م"، وبذلك فقد بلغت جملة الأعداد التي خضعت للتحليل "١٠٦" عدد، توزعت بواقع " ٥٣" عدد لكل من صحيفة "الواشنطن بوست" و"النيويورك تايمز". وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: رصدت صحيفتي الدراسة لعدد من الأطر والأطروحات التي تحدد جوانب "إشكاليات الإصلاح السياسي في مصر"، ويتباين درجة تأثير كل منها بحسب رؤية كل صحيفة، وقد تمثلت بصفة عامة في إطار "مقاومة النظام الحاكم في مصر لإصلاح السياسي" والذي جاء في "الترتيب الأول" متقدما على غيره من الأطر الأخرى بنسبة "٣٠,٤%". وذلك في إشارة واضحة على قدرة النظام في مصر على احتواء مطالب الإصلاح السياسي والالتفاف حولها بما يضمن له البقاء في السلطة بشكل دائم. This study seeks to achieve a main objective represented in the comparative analysis of theses and frameworks for the American press's coverage of the problems of the political reform process in Egypt during the period 2010 0200 AD. Where the research problem crystallized in the research of theses and news frameworks employed by the American press in dealing with the problems of the political reform process in Egypt. In its theoretical framework, the study relied on “the theory of news frame analysis.” The study used the “media survey” approach and the method of systematic comparison. It also relied on the sample survey method for the Washington Post and The New York Times. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The two newspapers of the study monitored a number of frameworks and theses that define aspects of the "problems of political reform in Egypt", and the degree of influence of each of them varies according to the vision of each newspaper. ahead of other frameworks by "30.4%". The two newspapers of the study put forward a number of theses and basic frameworks, which express the “internal causes” of the problem of political reform in Egypt, where C the framework of “increasing corruption rates” in the “first place” "J" by "22.4%." |
