| 520 | |a استهدف البحث الحالي دراسة فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي المعد لتعزيز المهارات الإدارية بمحاورها (مهارة إدارة الدخل، مهارة إدارة الوقت، مهارة اتخاذ القرار، مهارة حل المشكلات والأزمات) لربات الأسر من ذوات الهمم وعلاقتها بسلوكهن التكيفي بمحاوره (التواصل، أحداث الحياة اليومية، التنشئة الاجتماعية)، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث الاستطلاعية من (20) ربة الأسرة من ذوات الهمم أعمارهن من (20-50) سنة من حضر مدينة أسيوط ولديهن أبناء ومن المترددات على مركز الجمعية المصرية لذوي الإعاقة السمعية بأسيوط ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة ويجيدن الكتابة والقراءة لسهولة التواصل والإجابة على الاستبيانات عند التطبيق وتم اختيارهن بطريقة صدفية غرضية وذلك لتقنين أدوات الدراسة المتمثلة في (استمارة البيانات العامة، استبيان المهارات الإدارية، واستبيان السلوك التكيفي) وتم التطبيق القبلي للأدوات على العينة الأساسية المكونة من (75) ربة الأسرة من ذوات الهمم، وتم تطبيق البرنامج المعد على العينة التجريبية وقوامها (20) ربة الأسرة من ذوات الهمم من الحاصلات على مستوي وعي كلي منخفض (الربيعي الأدنى) نتيجة استجابتهن على أدوات الدراسة وهذا ما أوضحته نتائج عينة البحث الأساسية وتم اختيارهن بطريقة عمدية من العينة الأساسية، وبعد ذلك تم التطبيق البعدي على العينة التجريبية لأدوات الدراسة، وكانت أهم النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط طردي بين محاور المهارات الإدارية ومحاور السلوك التكيفي ومتغيرات الدراسة والمتغيرات عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) في حين أن شدة الإعاقة كانت علاقة عكسية، وكذلك وجد أن أكثر متغيرات الدراسة تأثيرا على مستوى المهارات الإدارية لربات الأسر من ذوات الهمم كانت (شدة الإعاقة، الحالة الصحية للأبناء، المستوي التعليمي للزوجة، متوسط الدخل الشهري للأسرة، عمل الزوجة،) على الترتيب حيث بلغت قيمة نسبة المشاركة R2 (0,836 0,748، 0,650، 0,591، 0,563) عند مستوى دلالة 0.01، أن أكثر متغيرات الدراسة تأثيرا على السلوك التكيفي لربات الأسر من ذوات الهمم كانت (شدة الإعاقة، الحالة الصحية للأبناء، المستوي التعليمي للزوجة، متوسط الدخل الشهري للأسرة، عمل الزوجة المستوي التعليمي للزوج) على الترتيب حيث بلغت قيمة نسبة المشاركة R2 (0,747، 0,640 0,618، 0,560، 0,524، 0,504) عند مستوى دلالة 0.01، وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوي دلالة (0.01) بين ربات الأسر من ذوات الهمم عينة البحث التجريبية في متوسطي المهارات الإدارية والسلوك التكيفي قبل تطبيق البرنامج وبعده لصالح التطبيق البعدي. كما اتضح أن قيمة N2 في المهارات الإدارية= 0,971 وفي السلوك التكيفي = 0,966 أذن حجم تأثير البرنامج المعد كبير مما يوضح فاعلية البرنامج في تعزيز المهارات الإدارية لربات الأسر من ذوات الهمم وعلاقتها برفع سلوكهن التكيفي، ومن اهم التوصيات ضرورة تبني وزارة التربية والتعليم والمواقع التعليمية التي تعمل على تدريب ذوي الهمم على مستوى الجمهورية لرفع مستوى التواصل بينهم وبين أقرانهم الأصحاء، وكذلك ضرورة إضافة مقرر لتدريس المهارات الإدارية لذوي الهمم بالمراحل التعليمية المختلفة لما لها من تأثير كبير في رفع سلوكهم التكيفي. |b The current research aimed to study the effectiveness of the counseling program designed to enhance administrative skills in its axes (income management skill, time management skill, decision-making skill, and problem-solving skill) for Housewives of determination and its relationship to adaptive behavior in its axes (communication, daily life events, socialization), and the study followed The analytical descriptive method and the experimental method, and the exploratory research sample consisted of (20) Housewives of determination, their ages ranged from (20-50) years, from the city of Assiut, and they have children from different social and economic levels. In a purposeful, serendipitous way, in order to ration the study tools represented in (general data form, management skills questionnaire, and adaptive behavior questionnaire), the tools were previously applied to the basic sample consisting of (75) Housewives of determination, and the prepared program was applied to the experimental sample consisting of (20) Housewives. People of determination with a low level of total awareness (lower quartile) as a result of their response to the study tools, and this was indicated by the results of the basic research sample, and they were chosen randomly The intentional leaf from the basic sample, and then the post application was done on the experimental sample of the study tools, and the most important results were that there is a direct correlation relationship regarding the severity of disability, an inverse relationship between the administrative skills axes, the adaptive behavior axes, the study variables and the variables at the level of significance (0.01), All of you found that the most influential study variables on the level of administrative skills for Housewives of determination were (severity of disability, children's health status, mother's educational level, average monthly family income, mother's work, husband's educational level), respectively. Where the value of the participation rate R2 was (0.836, 0.748, 0.650, 0.591, 0.563) at a significance level of 0.01. The study variables most affecting the adaptive behavior of Housewives of determination were (severity of disability, health status of children, educational level of the mother, average monthly income of the family, work of the mother, educational level of the husband) respectively, where the value of the participation rate R2 was (0.747, 0.640, 0.618)., 0.560, 0.524, 0.504) at the level of significance of 0.01, and there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between mothers of determination, the experimental research sample, in the average administrative skills and adaptive behavior before and after the application of the program in favor of the post application. The size of the effect of the prepared program is large, which explains the effectiveness of the program in enhancing the administrative skills of Housewives of determination and its relationship to raising their adaptive behavior. The need to add a course to teach administrative skills to people of determination in the different educational stages, because of its great impact on raising their adaptive behavior. | ||
