| المستخلص: | يهتم القانون الدستوري بعدة مواضيع ولعل من أهمها العلاقة بين السلطتين التنفيذية والتشريعية، وكذا مدى التأثير المتبادل بينهما، وفي هذا المقال سنتطرق إلى كيفية تأثير السلطة التنفيذية على عمل السلطة التشريعية في الدستور الجزائري، موضحا أهم الوسائل والآليات التي وضعها المؤسس الدستوري للسلطة التنفيذية والتي تؤثر في عمل السلطة التشريعية، وذلك من خلال تدخل السلطة التنفيذية في المجال التشريعي للبرلمان، وكذلك من خلال ضبط السلطة التنفيذية لعمل البرلمان.
