| 520 | |a هدف المقال التعرف إلى أثر الموقع الجغرافي على السياسة الخارجية الأردنية من خلال مناقشة محور القضية الفلسطينية ومحوري اللجوء والإرهاب اللذين نتجا عن الربيع العربي، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة للتحقق من صحة فرضيتها القائلة بوجود علاقة ارتباطية بين موقع الأردن الجغرافي، وبين سياسته الخارجية. وقد تبين للدراسة بأن الموقع الجغرافي للأردن قد حكمه بتوجه سياسي معين، فبخصوص قرب الأردن من فلسطين، توجه الأردن نحو الموازنة بين القوى العربية السياسية المجاورة وإدامة العلاقات الجيدة معها، واتباع سياسة خارجية بعيدة عن إثارة الحساسيات مع دول الجوار الجغرافي، أما بخصوص أزمة اللجوء التي نتجت عن الربيع العربي وأبرزها أزمة اللجوء السوري، فقد وجدت الدراسة أن الأزمة السورية قد أدت إلى تعطيل حركة التجارة الأردنية بسبب إغلاق الحدود السورية الأردنية إلى جانب إغلاق الحدود العراقية الأردنية بسبب الاضطرابات الأمنية، الأمر الذي أثر بشكل كبير على الاقتصاد الأردني، وفيما يتعلق بمحور الإرهاب، فقد اتخذ الأردن سمة الاعتدال والتوازن، ودافع عن وسطية الإسلام في المحافل الدولية. أوصت الدراسة بزيادة التحشيد والدعم والتأييد لمواقف الأردن من القضية الفلسطينية، ورفض أي حلول على حسابه مهما كانت، والانفتاح على الأزمة السورية والتعاون مع الدول العظمى والإقليمية لحلها. |b The article aimed to identify the impact of the geographical location on Jordanian foreign policy by discussing the axis of the Palestinian issue and the two axes of asylum and terrorism that resulted from the Arab Spring. The study used the descriptive analytical approach and the case study approach to validate its hypothesis that there is a correlation between Jordan's geographical location and its foreign policy. The study revealed that the geographical location of Jordan ruled it with a specific political orientation; regarding Jordan's proximity to Palestine, Jordan tends towards balancing the neighboring Arab political powers, maintaining good relations with it, and adopting a foreign policy that is far from stirring up sensitivities with neighboring countries. As for the refugee crisis that resulted from the Arab Spring, most notably the Syrian refugee crisis, the study found that the Syrian crisis had led to the disruption of the Jordanian trade movement due to the closure of the Syrian-Jordanian borders as well as the closure of the Iraqi Jordanian borders due to the security unrest, which greatly affected the Jordanian economy. In terms of the axis of terrorism, Jordan has taken the characteristic of moderation and balance and has defended the moderation of Islam in international forums. The study recommended increasing mobilization and support for Jordan's positions on the Palestinian issue, rejecting any solutions at its expense, whatever it was, openness to the Syrian crisis and cooperation with major and regional countries to solve it. | ||
