| المستخلص: | البحث دراسة موضوعية، درست فيه موضوع الولاء والبراء من خلال سورة المائدة وفق المنهجية المتبعة في التفسير الموضوعي من خلال سورة، مبينا أن هذا الموضوع هو الوحدة الموضوعية للسورة. ويهدف البحث إلى دراسة موضوع الولاء والبراء في سورة المائدة- دراسة موضوعية. وإظهار ما تضمنته سورة المائدة من منهج وسطي في عرض الولاء والبراء. ويشتمل البحث على خمسة مباحث: المبحث الأول: التعريف بمصطلحات العنوان، والوحدة الموضوعية لسورة المائدة. المبحث الثاني: مقومات الولاء والبراء ومحلها في ضوء سورة المائدة. المبحث الثالث: مظاهر الإخلال بالولاء والبراء في ضوء سورة المائدة. المبحث الرابع: معاملات لا تنافي الولاء والبراء في ضوء سورة المائدة. المبحث الخامس: نماذج من الولاء والبراء في سورة المائدة. ثم الخاتمة وفيها: نتائج البحث، وتوصياته. وتوصل الباحث إلى نتائج أهمها: أن موضوع الولاء والبراء هو الوحدة الموضوعية لسورة المائدة. وأن سورة المائدة رسمت منهجا حازما ومعتدلا في الولاء والبراء، حيث جعلته في مكانه دون إفراط أو تفريط. The research is an objective study, in which I studied the subject of loyalty and disavowal through Surat Al-Ma’idah according to the methodology used in the objective interpretation through Surat, showing this topic as an objective unit of Surat Al Ma’idah. The research aims to study the topic of loyalty and innocence in Surat Al-Maeda, an objective study. And to show what was included in Surat Al-Ma’idah of a moderate approach in showing loyalty and disavowal. The research includes five chapters: The first chapter: definition of title terms, and the thematic unit of Surat Al Maeda. Chapter Two: Elements of loyalty and disavowal and their place in the light of Surat Al-Ma’idah. Chapter Three: Manifestations of breach of loyalty and disavowal in the light of Surat Al-Maeda. Chapter Four: Transactions that do not contradict loyalty and innocence in the light of Surat Al-Maeda. Chapter Five: Examples of loyalty and innocence in Surat Al Maeda. Then the conclusion, including: the results of the research, and its recommendations. The researcher reached results, the most important of which are: that loyalty and disavowal are an objective unit in Surat Al-Maeda. And that Surat Al-Ma’idah drew a firm and moderate approach to loyalty and disavowal, as it put it in its place without exaggeration or negligence. |
