| 520 | |a هذه الآية الكريمة هي الآية التاسعة والعشرون من سورة التوبة، والسورة من أواخر ما نزل في القرآن الكريم، والآية يوهم ظاهرها عددا من الإشكالات، كدعوتها إلى قتال أهل الكتاب، وأخذ الجزية منهم عن يد وهم صاغرون، ويهدف البحث إلى رفع الإشكالات المتوهمة حول الآية الكريمة. ويتبع المنهج الوصفي في جرد أقوال المفسرين، والمنهج النقدي والمنهج التحليلي في معالجة الإشكالات المتوهمة، وضم مبحثين تحت كل مبحث بعض المطالب، فأتى المبحث الأول في التقديم بين يدي الآية الكريمة ثم تصوير الإشكالات المتوهمة حولها، وأتى الثاني ليتناول عددا من إشكالات متوهمة في الآية، وأسفر البحث عن خلو الآية من الإشكال الحقيقي، وأوصى بعدد من الوصايا، من أهمها فهم الآية ضمن سياقها، وإطارها القرآني، وفي ضوء كليات القرآن الكريم العامة، ومقاصده وأصوله، وأوصى بتنقية كتب التفسير من الدخيل المتعلق بالآية. |b This verse is the twenty ninth verse of Surat At-Tawbah. This Surah is one of the last revealed chapters of the holy Quran. The apparent meaning of the verse raises some problems such as the call to fight the people of the book and taking the tribute (Jezzyah) from them, willingly submitting, fully humbled. Consequently, the research aims to eliminate the problematic misunderstanding regarding the verse. The research uses the descriptive approach to list the scholars' interpretations of the verse. Also, it uses the critical and analytical approach to discuss the imagined problematic misunderstanding. The research has two sections. Each section includes some demands. The first section offers an introduction to the verse and then portrays the problematic misunderstanding about it. The second section tackles some issues of the misunderstanding related to the verse. The research concluded that the verse has no real problems. In addition, it recommends understanding the verse within its context, the Qur'anic background, and in the light of the general principles, goals, and fundamental aspects of the Holy Qur'an. It also recommends removing the unrelated interpretations from the Books of Tafseer. | ||
