| المستخلص: | قد اقتصر هذا البحث على دراسة إدارة البحث والتطوير والإبداع التكنولوجي، وقد تناول بعض الجوانب المهمة من الموضوع ولم يمس الأخرى، ولفتح أفاق جديدة للبحث في هذا المجال الواسع والمتشعب يمكن اقتراح بعض العناوين التي قد تلم بجوانب أخرى للموضوع وتكمل النقص الذي تعرفه دراسة هذا الموضوع على مستوى الجامعات الوطنية، وفق العناوين التالية: - تفعيل دور إدارة الابتكار في المؤسسة الوطنية. - البحث والتطوير ودوره في تنمية الميزة التنافسية. - دور الإبداع التكنولوجي في قطاع الخدمات في تحقيق رضى العملاء. - علاقة نظام الجودة بنظام الإبداع في المؤسسة. - أثر تكوين الكفاءات البحثية على إنتاجية المؤسسة الاقتصادية. - مواجهة التغير التكنولوجي عن طريق الإبداع المستديم.
