| المستخلص: | يمثل الأطفال المتمدرسون نسبة هامة من المجتمع تصل إلى ربع عدد السكان، وتوفر المدرسة فرصة كبرى للعناية بالصحة في هذه الفئة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع الصحة المدرسية بولاية سكيكدة وكذا دراسة تطور مختلف الأمراض خلال الفترة الزمنية المدروسة، وكذا السعي إلى تحسين الحالة الصحية للتلميذ بالولاية. لقد تم الاعتماد على معطيات مديرية الصحة والسكان لولاية سكيكدة للموسم الدراسي 2015-2016، وقد قمنا بدراسة مختلف الأمراض التي تصيب التلاميذ في الوسط المدرسي وكذا دراسة تطور الأمراض خلال الفترة المدروسة وكذا معدل انتشار المرض حسب المقاطعة الصحية، وذلك بالاعتماد على البرنامج الوطني للكشف عن الأمراض في الوسط المدرسي والبرنامج الوطني لصحة الفم والأسنان في الوسط المدرسي. Les enfants scolarisés représentent une proportion importante de la population. En effet, elle peut atteindre le quart de la population. L’école peut aider à améliorer l’état de santé des élèves. Cette étude vise à décrire la santé scolaire dans la wilaya de Skikda en insistant sur l’évolution des maladies les plus répandues parmi les élèves des trois cycles de l’éducation nationale. Nous nous sommes appuyés sur les données de la Direction de la santé et de la population de la wilaya de Skikda pour l’année scolaire 2015-2016. Par ailleurs nous avons analysé l’activité des unités de dépistage et de suivi de la wilaya de Skikda. Les diverses maladies qui affectent les élèves de l'école, ainsi que l'étude du développement des maladies au cours de la période étudiée et le coefficient de propagation de la maladie par province de santé, Selon le programme national de détection des maladies dans le milieu scolaire et le programme national de santé Bucco-dentaire dans le milieu scolaire. Schooled children constitute a significant portion of the population, comprising about a quarter of society. Schools present a valuable opportunity for addressing health concerns within this demographic. The primary objective of this study is to unveil the current state of school health in the Skikda region, while also examining the evolution of various diseases over the study period. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the enhancement of students' health conditions in the state. To achieve this, we utilized data from the Directorate of Health and Population of Skikda State for the academic year 2015-2016. Our analysis focused on investigating different diseases affecting students within the school environment and tracking the development of these diseases over the specified period. Additionally, we assessed the prevalence of diseases based on health districts, drawing upon the National Program for Disease Detection in the School Environment and the National Program for Oral and Dental Health in the School Environment.
