المستخلص:لقد احتل موضوع الطفولة مكانا بارزا في الفكر الإنساني، وهو في الوقت الراهن يسيل الكثير من حبر المهتمين باعتبارهم شريحة أساسية وركيزة تتولد عنها كل الأنظمة الاجتماعية، والقوى البشرية اللازمة لتحسين الأوضاع وصناعة المستقبل، وضمان البقاء عن طريق نقل التراث الاجتماعي عبر الأجيال، لأنهم يعدون موردا وطاقة بشرية تضمن التنمية في صورتها الشاملة وعلى مختلف الأصعدة. حيث أثبتت الدراسات النفسية والتربوية والاجتماعية بما لا يدع مجالا للشك أن شخصية الطفل تتكون خلال السنوات الأولى من العمر، ومع بداية دورة حياته نجد الأسرة ملزمة على تهيئة الظروف لتطبيع هذا الوافد الجديد، ولكن قد يواجه الآباء بعض الظروف التي تعيق أداءهم مختلف المهام والأدوار المنوطة بهم، أو قد يتعثرون في أداء أدوارهم أمام المتطلبات الكثيرة للأبناء مع قلة موردهم لتحقيق الإشباع هذا ما يدفع بالطفل مجبرا غير واع إلى النزول للشارع كبديل للأسرة باحثا فيه عن فرص أفضل لتحقيق الاكتفاء مما حرم منه داخلها، ويكبر أطفال الشوارع في دروبها وتكبر معهم طموحاتهم جنب لجنب مع مشكلاتهم ويتأرجحون في طريقهم للعيش بين ضحايا تارة وجناة تارة أخرى. في هذا السياق نحاول من خلال هذا المقال معرفة ما لهذه الظاهرة من انعكاسات على الفرد والمجتمع في آن واحد، وما هي امتدادات ذلك إلى الذات وصورتها وكذا الأسرة والمجتمع ككل.

Le sujet de l’enfance a pris une place importante dans la pensée humaine, et il fait couler en ce moment beaucoup d’encre, car ils constituent une tranche principale et un point d’appui quel découlent tous les systèmes sociaux, et les potentiels humaine nécessaires à l’amélioration des conditions présentes et la construction de l’avenir. Ainsi que la préservation du patrimoine social à travers les générations, car ils constituent une énergie humaine qui assure le développement dans son global et sur tous les plans. Les études psychologiques éducatives et sociales ont montré que la personnalité de l’enfant se construit durant les premiers années de la vie, et au début de sa vie, la famille se trouve obligée de prépare les conditions pour la socialisation de ce nouveau venu, mais parfois les parents rencontrent des difficultés lies à leurs conditions de vie matérielles ou autre, ce qui pousse l’enfant qui est contrait et inconscient à aller dans la rue qui sera un substitut à la famille cherchant ce qu’il n’y a pas trouvé, et les enfants des rues grandissent dans ses sentiers et leurs ambitions grandissent cote a cote avec leurs problèmes et il se balancent entre la vie de victimes parfois et de délinquants une autre fois. Nous essayons à travers cet article de savoir quelle sont les répercussions de ce phénomène sur l’individu et la société, et ses extensions sur l’image de soi et celle de la famille.

The topic of childhood has held a prominent position in human contemplation and is currently a subject of extensive discussion among those interested in societal matters. Children are viewed as an essential segment and a pillar from which all social systems and human resources emerge. They play a crucial role in improving conditions, shaping the future, and ensuring survival by transmitting social heritage across generations. Children are considered a valuable human resource that guarantees comprehensive development at various levels. Psychological, educational, and social studies unequivocally demonstrate that a child's personality is fundamentally shaped during the initial years of life. As the child enters the life cycle, the family is tasked with creating conditions conducive to the normalization of this new arrival. However, parents may encounter circumstances that impede their ability to fulfil the various tasks and roles assigned to them. They may struggle to meet the myriad requirements of their children, given their limited resources to achieve satisfaction. Consequently, the child, unconsciously, may resort to the streets as an alternative to the family, seeking better opportunities to fulfil what he was deprived of within it. Street children navigate the challenges of the streets, and as they grow, so do their ambitions and problems. They oscillate between living as victims and perpetrators in their quest for a better life. This article seeks to explore the repercussions of this phenomenon on both the individual and society simultaneously. It aims to delve into the extensions of this issue concerning the self and its image, as well as its impact on the family and society as a whole. This abstract was translated by AlMandumah Inc.
