| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية الثقافة الشبانية، من خلال التطرق إلى "سوسيولوجيا الشبيبة" ودورها في إحداث التغيير في القيم والبنى والسلوكات، لدى الشباب، وذلك بالتطرق إلى عرض مفاهيمي عن متغيرات البحث المتمثلة في مفهوم: التغير الاجتماعي - التهميش المهني - المكانة الاجتماعية - فالعمل والعمل بشكل آخر. ثم تطرقنا إلى الإطار النظري الذي يحيط بجملة هذه المفاهيم في رؤى وتحليلات هامة، بغرض تفسيري وتحليلي للاتجاهات المتعلقة بتمثلات الشباب للعمل. Cette étude vise a souligner l’importance de la culture juvénile a travers l’application de ce qu’ou appelle « la sociologie de la jeunesse » abordée par le biais de champs conceptuel de: changement social, de valeurs autour du travail, de statut social et de travail autrement. Ensuite, pour le cadre théorique qui contourne les différentes visions et analyses en justifiant les tendances relatives aux représentations du monde du travail chez les jeunes. This study aims to highlight the importance of youth culture by addressing 'youth sociology' and its role in bringing about change in values, structures, and behaviours among young people. The study presents a conceptual overview of research variables, encompassing the concepts of social change, professional marginalization, social status, and alternative approaches to work. Subsequently, we delve into the theoretical framework surrounding several of these concepts, providing crucial insights and analyses to interpret and analyze trends related to young people's perspectives on work.
