| المستخلص: | تعتبر السياسة المالية أداة مهمة لعلاج الاختلالات الاقتصادية في اقتصاديات الدول المتقدمة والنامية منها، وعلى غرار العديد من الدول عانت الجزائر من اختلالات في البنية الاقتصادية والتي من بينها ظاهرة التضخم، بما تسببه هذه الأخيرة من آثار تلقي بظلالها على المستويين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ويزداد تأثير التضخم على اقتصاديات البلدان كلما توافرت البيئة المناسبة لتنامي الضغوط التضخمية في الاقتصاد والتي تعتمد في تأثيرها على مجموعة من العوامل والمتغيرات التي تساهم في تغدية الضغوط التضخمية ودفع مستويات الأسعار المحلية نحو الارتفاع. لذا سعت الجزائر للتخفيف من هذه الظاهرة بتبني عدة إصلاحات اقتصادية شاملة استهدفت التضخم، وقامت بالاستعانة بأدوات السياسة المالية المختلفة إلى جانب السياسة الضريبية. The fiscal policy is an important tool for the treatment of economic imbalances in the economies of developed and developing countries, Algeria, like other developing countries has suffered from imbalances in the economic structure and by inflation phenomenon, which caused from the effects of shadowing on the economic and social levels, and increased the impact of inflation on the economies of countries where a suitable environment available for growing inflationary pressures. This depends on its impact on a range of factors and variables that contribute to the feeding inflationary pressures and pay levels of domestic prices to rise. Algeria has suffered from this course of problems and other economic imbalances, which reflected negatively on the economy and sought Algeria to alleviate this phenomenon by adopting a number of economic reforms.
