| المستخلص: | يعتبر موضوع الأسرة ودورها التربوي في تكوين شخصية الأبناء من أهم المواضيع التي حضيت باهتمام كبير من طرف علماء الاجتماع والنفس، نظرا لكون الأسرة أهم مؤسسة عرفتها مختلف المجتمعات عبر الأزمنة، فهي نواة المجتمع المسؤولة عن تكوينه وديمومته، بالإضافة إلى تزويده بالثروة البشرية، ولا سيما إذا كانت تفيد المجتمع وهذا لا يتأتى إلا بالتربية الناجعة التي تقع على عاتق الأسرة فتربية الأبناء تستدعي تظافر جهود وتوفير شروط داخل المحيط الأسري سواء المادي أو المعنوي بالإضافة إلى عوامل داخلية وخارجية تساهم بقدر كبير في نجاح أو فشل العملية التربوية التي تهدف في النهاية إلى تكوين شخصية الأبناء التي تعود عليهم بالنفع أولا والأسرة ثانيا والمجتمع برمته، إذا فتربية الأبناء تعتبر من أهم وأصعب الوظائف التي تقوم بها الأسرة ولا يوجد لها بديل بالرغم من التغيرات الحاصلة. Le thème de la famille et le rôle de l'éducation dans la formation de la personnalité des enfants est l’un des sujets qui suscitent beaucoup d'intérêt par les sociologues et les psychologues, du au fait que la famille est la plus importante institution qui caractérise les différentes communautés à travers les temps. Elle est le noyau responsable de la composition et de la continuité de la société, ainsi que son fournisseur en potentiel humain, notamment si la communauté en tire profit et cela n’est possible qu’a travers une éducation efficace qui repose sur la famille. Ainsi l’éducation des enfants appelle à des efforts concertés et à fournir les conditions physiques et mentales nécessaires au sein de l'environnement familial, ainsi que des facteurs internes et externes qui contribuent d’une manière significative à la réussite ou à l’échec du processus éducatif qui vise finalement à la formation de la personnalité des enfants avec des avantages qui leur reviennent d'une part et d'autre part pour la famille et la société dans son ensemble. Ceci dit, l’éducation des enfants est l'une des taches les plus importantes et les plus difficiles menée par la famille sans qu’il y est de substitut en dépit des changements en cours. The topic of the family and its educational role in shaping the personality of children is considered one of the most important subjects that has received significant attention from sociologists and psychologists. Given that the family is the most crucial institution known to various societies over time, it serves as the nucleus responsible for the formation and continuity of society. Additionally, the family provides human wealth, especially when it benefits society. This can only be achieved through effective nurturing, a responsibility that falls on the family. Nurturing and educating children demands concerted efforts and the provision of conditions within the family environment, whether material or moral. Internal and external factors also play a significant role in contributing to the success or failure of the educational process that seeks to shape the personalities of children for their own benefit, the family's benefit, and the benefit of society as a whole. Therefore, nurturing children is regarded as one of the most crucial and challenging tasks that a family undertakes, and there is no alternative to it despite the ongoing changes.
