| 520 | |a يحاول هذا المقال المعنون بـ أشكلة أفهوم الثقافة الوطنية اللبنانية وتحدياتها الراهنة والمستقبلية" أن يقدم رصدا تحليليا إبستمولوجيا وفق منهج التحليل الفلسفي والسوسيو أنتربولوجي في تحليل مصطلحات الثقافة والهوية الثقافية الوطنية وإشكالياتها. وذلك في محاولة لرصد التحديات الداخلية والخارجية التي تواجه أفهوم الثقافة الوطنية اللبنانية وتحد من فاعليتها في تكوين الوعي الوطني لدى الأجيال بأهمية الوطن، وكيفية الحفاظ عليه، والعمل على تنميته، والإسهام الفاعل في بنائه والنهوض به وكل ذلك في ظل العولمة ومتغيراتها العالمية والإقليمية التي تعصف بالعالمين العربي والإسلامي مهددة وجودهما الاجتماعي والثقافي والسياسي، وفق منهجية تسعى إلى تخطي التحديات وتجاوزها، والنهوض بالفعل الثقافي الوطني اللبناني على الصعيدين النظري والعملي. ويرافق ذلك سعي إلى وضع تصورات قد تساعد في مواجهة تحديات الثقافة الوطنية اللبنانية، وبالتالي الهوية اللبنانية في ضوء ما ستتوصل إليه ورقتي البحثية من نتائج وتصورات ومقترحات، إذ تقدم الرؤى والتصورات لمواجهة مثل هذه التحديات الراهنة والمستقبلية. من هنا، وإيمانا مني بأهمية الفلسفة بوصفها ضرورة حتمية في خلق ثقافة وطنية كلية قادرة على تشكيل "أنا" كلية لبنانية، إذ كيف لنا أن نأتي بثقافة وطنية لبنانية شاملة، جامعة، وبهوية وطنية لبنانية، كي يصبح الولاء فيها للبنان لا للطائفة أو المذهب والعرق والامتدادات الخارجية الاقليمية والدولية. لهذا كان لا بد من طرح الإشكالية الآتية: ما أفهوم الثقافة الوطنية؟ ما مكوناتها ؟ ما تحدياتها ؟ ما السبل الآيلة لتجاوز تحدياتها الراهنة والمستقبلية؟ كيف لها أن تصبح "أنا" كلية وطنية جامعة منتجة وفاعلة؟ وأي ثقافة وطنية لأي تراث حضاري؟ وكيف لنا أن نصل إلى تحقيق التعايش السلمي اللبناني؟ ما مندرجاته وآلياته ورهاناته في ظل العولمة وتبعاتها، ورهانات الإيديولوجيا والتكنولوجيا؟ فهل بات المطلوب العمل على نحو كوكبي؟ |f This article, titled "The Problem of Understanding Lebanese National Culture and Its Current and Future Challenges," aims to provide an epistemological analytical observation based on the philosophical and socio-anthropological analysis approach in examining the concepts of culture and national cultural identity, along with their associated issues. The goal is to monitor the internal and external challenges confronting the notion of Lebanese national culture, limiting its effectiveness in shaping national awareness across generations regarding the significance of the homeland. The focus lies on how to preserve it, foster its development, and actively contribute to its construction and advancement. All of this occurs within the context of globalization and its global and regional changes that are impacting the Arab and Islamic worlds, posing threats to their social, cultural, and political existence. The methodology employed seeks to overcome and transcend challenges, thereby advancing Lebanese national cultural activity on both theoretical and practical levels. This endeavour is accompanied by efforts to develop perceptions that may aid in addressing the challenges facing Lebanese national culture and identity. Through the results, the research paper presents visions and perceptions to confront current and future challenges, aiming to contribute valuable insights and proposals. Hence, based on my conviction in the crucial role of philosophy as an indispensable element in the establishment of a comprehensive national culture capable of shaping a unified Lebanese identity, the question arises: How can we foster an all-encompassing Lebanese national culture and identity, emphasizing loyalty to Lebanon over sectarian, racial, or foreign regional and international affiliations? Consequently, it became imperative to address the following issues: What constitutes the essence of national culture? What are its components? What challenges does it face, and how can we overcome both present and future obstacles? How can an individual transform into a productive and influential contributor to the national community? What defines national culture, and what role does civilizational heritage play? In the pursuit of achieving peaceful coexistence in Lebanon, what are the implications, mechanisms, and stakes involved, especially in the context of globalization and its repercussions, as well as the influence of ideology and technology?
