| المستخلص: | تكمن مشكلة البحث في ندرة وجود برامج متخصصة في مجال الفنون التراثية بالجامعات المصرية، تعمل على إيجاد حلول تدعم المشاكل التي تواجه الحرف اليدوية، مما أدى إلى وجود تحديات تواجه الفنون التراثية، ويعرضها للاندثار، على الرغم من أهمية وجودها واحتياج المجتمع إليها، في الوقت الذي تتوافد فيه منتجات مستوردة من الخارج بالعملة الصعبة، تحمل في طياتها أنماطا فكرية غريبة عن طابع وسمات الشخصية المصرية. وتتلخص مشكلة البحث في كيفية تنمية الفنون التراثية من خلال برنامج أكاديمي مميز بمصروفات بنظام الساعات المعتمدة، وتحديد المزايا التي يقدمها البرنامج لدعم الحرف اليدوية كمتجه قومي يسهم في تنمية الاقتصاد المصري والحد من مشكلة البطالة. يهدف البحث تعظيم الاستفادة من الخبرات والمعارف المتخصصة والإمكانات المتاحة بقسم التربية الفنية عملا على تلبية احتياجات المجتمع، وفتح آفاق جديدة للشباب في سوق العمل تحفز من الدخول في مجال ريادة الأعمال وتحد من البطالة، ونشر الوعي الفكري والثقافي للمجتمع، والبحث عن رؤى إبداعية متطورة تسهم في تنمية الاقتصاد القومي. تكمن أهمية البحث في الكشف عن مقومات تعزز من مكانة الفنون التراثية والحرف اليدوية، ويقوم على تأهيل الشباب بالخبرات والمعارف المتخصصة لمواجهة التحديات والعمل على تأكيد الهوية المصرية، والإعداد الجيد لخريج قادر على إيجاد حلول للمشكلات ووضع أفكار ورؤى إبداعية متطورة إلى جانب مجاله التربوي. توصلت الدراسة إلى صياغة رؤية ورسالة وأهداف البرنامج، وتحديد المؤشرات المرجعية، ودراسة سوق العمل، وإظهار احتياجات البرنامج ومجالات الفنون التراثية والحرف اليدوية والمجالات الداعمة له، والمقررات الدراسية، ومخرجاتها التعليمية. The research problem lies in the scarcity of an existing environment in the field of heritage arts in Egyptian universities, solutions to problems facing handicrafts, which leads to challenges facing heritage arts and exposing them to extinction, despite their presence and need, at a time when they face the influx of imported products from abroad. hard currency, it carries with it strange intellectual patterns about the character and traits of the Egyptian personality. The research problem is summarized in how to develop traditional arts through a distinguished academic program with expenses in the credit-hour system, and to identify the advantages offered by the program to support handicrafts as a national vector that contributes to the development of the Egyptian economy and reducing the problem of unemployment. The research aims to maximize the benefit from the expertise and specialized knowledge and the capabilities available in the Art Education Department to meet the needs of the community. Opening new horizons for youth in the labor market, stimulating entry into the field of entrepreneurship, reducing unemployment, spreading intellectual and cultural awareness of the community, and searching for advanced creative visions that contribute to the development of the national economy. The importance of the research lies in revealing elements that enhance the status of traditional arts and handicrafts and is based on qualifying young people with specialized expertise and knowledge to face challenges, work to confirm the Egyptian identity, and prepare well for a graduate capable of finding solutions to problems and developing advanced creative ideas and visions in addition to his educational field. The study reached the formulation of the vision, mission and objectives of the program, the identification of reference indicators, the study of the labor market, and the presentation of the needs of the program and the areas of heritage arts and handicrafts and the areas supporting it, the courses, and their educational outputs. |
