| المستخلص: | تعد الجامعة من أهم المؤسسات الاجتماعية في المجتمع لما تقدمه من دور هام في المجال التعليمي من تكوين وتربية وإعداد الكوادر الشبابية من الباحثين والعلماء، فهي تنتج المعرفة وتعمل على نشرها، وإلى جانب ذلك فهي منارة للتنوير وإيضاح الرؤية وقناة هامة لنشر الفكر المعتدل الذي يسهم في إرساء القيم الوطنية الحقيقة بما يحقق ترسيخ المضمون مفهوم المضمون لدى الشباب الجامعي، ويلعب الدور الرئيس في هذا الشأن السادة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لأنهم هم دعامات العمل الجامعي، ويعد هذا الدور من الأهمية بمكان في عملية تعليم وتربية الشباب الجامعي على ركائز وإبعاد مفهوم المواطنة، لذا سعت الدراسة الراهنة إلى البحث في دور عضو هيئة التدريس في تنمية مفهوم المواطنة لدى طلاب الجامعة، وتعد تلك الدراسة وفقا لموضوعها من الدراسات الوصفية واعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للسادة أعضاء هيئة التدريس القارين في كلية الآداب والعلوم فرع الأبيار بجامعة بنغازي وقد تم تطبيق استمارة استبيان على السادة أعضاء هيئة التدريس حيث تبحث محاورها عن دور عضو هيئة التدريس في تنمية الانتماء والولاء الوطني والتسامح واحترام الآخر والوعي السياسي والعمل الجامعي لدى طلاب الجامعة باعتبارها إبعاد رئيسية لمفهوم المواطنة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أهمية دور عضو هيئة التدريس في تنمية الانتماء والولاء الوطني عبر ترسيخ قيم الثقافة الوطنية واحترام حرية الفكر والرأي والعرق لإعلاء قيمة التسامح، كما أن عضو هيئة التدريس له دور هام في تعميق مفهوم التوازن بين الحقوق والواجبات كأساس لدعم مفهوم المواطنة، كذلك أكدت النتائج على أهمية دور عضو هيئة التدريس في تنمية الوعي السياسي لطلاب الجامعة، وضرورة التأكيد والاهتمام بالأحداث الوطنية والاحتفال بالمناسبات الوطنية، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تجسيد المناخ الجامعي لتنمية قيم المواطنة مع دعم عضو هيئة التدريس للقيام بأدواره في هذا الشأن وإرساء قواعد التكامل في منظومة التعليم الجامعي بما يفعل الحوار الديمقراطي وتمكين الطلاب من ممارسة المواطنة. University work, and this role is of great importance in the process of educating and raising university youth on the pillars and exclusion of the concept of citizenship, so the current study sought to research the role of a faculty member in developing the concept of citizenship among university students, and that study is prepared according to For its subject of descriptive studies, it relied on a comprehensive survey methodology for faculty members at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at the Teaching University in Benghazi. A questionnaire form was applied to the faculty members, where its axes searched for the role of the faculty member in developing belongingness, national loyalty, tolerance, respect for others, and awareness.
