| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف أثر الدورات التدريبية في أداء مديري ومديرات المدارس في مهامهم الإدارية ومدى انعكاسها على تحسين أداء الطلبة في مديرية تربية الزرقاء الثانية من وجهة نظرهم، بالإضافة إلى بيان اثر متغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي)، في اثر الدروات التدريبية، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية الزرقاء الثانية وعددهم (123)، مدير ومديرة، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (95) مدير ومديرة تم اختيارهم بطريقة العشوائية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة بالاعتماد على الأدب النظري والدراسات ذات الصل لغاية جمع البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (α = 0.05) بين درجة تأثير الدورات التدريبية في أداء مديري ومديرات المدارس في مهامهم الإدارية ومدى انعكاسها على تحسين أداء الطلبة في مديرية تربية الزرقاء الثانية من وجهة نظرهم، تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي). This Study aimed to identify The impact of training courses on the performance of school principals in their administrative tasks and the extent of their reflection on improving the performance of students in the Second Zarqa Education Directorate from their point of view, in addition to a statement of the impact of the study variables (sex, academic qualifications) on the impact of training courses The study population consisted of all the principals of public schools in the Second Zarqa Education Directorate, and their number was (123), male and female principals, and the study sample amounted to (95) male and female principals, who were selected randomly. Depending on the theoretical literature and related studies for the purpose of data collection. The study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) (between the degree of impact of training courses on the performance of school principals in their administrative tasks and the extent of its reflection on improving the performance of students in the Second Zarqa Education Directorate from their point of view, due to the variables of gender, and academic qualification). |
