| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان الدور المُعدّل والوسيط المؤشرات قياس الأداء وأداء المعلمين في العلاقة بين الإصلاح الإداري والأداء الاستراتيجي في وزارة التربية والتوجيه بالولاية الشمالية، واتبعت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في المعلمين من جميع المراحل التعليمية بعدد (334) مفردة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها: وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمؤشرات قياس الأداء في تعديل وتحسين أثر الإصلاح الإداري ببعديه: (البيئة التعليمية، إدارة المعرفة) في الأداء الاستراتيجي بتغير في معامل التحديد قدره (0.040) ، كما أفادت أيضاً أن أداء المعلمين يتوسط بشكل جزئي العلاقة بين الإصلاح الإداري والأداء الاستراتيجي بتأثير غير مباشر (0.735) ، وأوصت الدراسة بأن تهتم وزارة التربية والتوجيه بالولاية الشمالية بممارسات الإصلاح الإداري وتطبقها بمهنية لما لها من أهمية في أداء المعلمين وتحسين مستواهم، وضرورة قيام الوزارة بوضع الخطط والإجراءات المناسبة التي من شأنها التغلب على المعوقات التي تواجه تقويم الأداء الاستراتيجي بشكل صحيح. |b The study aimed to investigate The Moderating-Mediating Role of Key Performance Indicators & Teachers Performance in the Relationship between Administrative Reform and Strategic Performance at Ministry of Education and Guidance in Northern State. The study followed the descriptive analytical method. The study sample consist of (334) Teachers from all educational stages. The study found a set of results, the most important of which are: the existence of a statistically significant impact of Key Performance Indicators in modifying and improving the impact of Administrative Reform in its dimensions: (Educational Environment, Knowledge Management) on Strategic Performance with a change in the determination coefficient of (0.040). They also show that Teachers Performance partly mediates the relationship between Administrative Reform and Strategic Performance with an indirect effect of (0.735). The study recommended the need for the ministry to care about Practices of Administrative Reform and implementing it professionally because of its importance in the performance of Teachers and improving their level, and the need for the ministry to develop appropriate plans and procedures that will overcome the obstacles that face evaluating Strategic Performance properly. | ||
