| 520 | |a تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الوعي لدي الشباب الجامعي بالمشروعات القومية المستحدثة والتعرف أيضا على واقع الدور الذي تقوم به المؤسسات الحكومية من خلال المؤسسات الجامعية والإعلامية والشبابية في تنمية الوعي وتصحيح المفاهيم المغلوطة لدي الشباب نحو المشروعات القومية المستحدثة للوقوف على نقاط الضعف لتلافيها ومعالجتها والتعرف على نقاط القوة لتنميتها وتعزيزها، ثم التعرف على معوقات تعزيز الهوية الوطنية لدى الشباب الجامعي نحو المشروعات القومية المستحدثة وفي ضوء ذلك يتم وضع خطة من منظور تنمية المجتمع من خلال فنيات واستراتيجيات وتكتيكات تنمية المجتمع لتعزيز الهوية الوطنية لدي الشباب الجامعي نحو المشروعات القومية المستحدثة. واستخدمت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق ذلك الهدف، وأداة لجمع البيانات وهي الاستبانة وتكونت من (45) عبارة موزعين على ثلاثة محاور أساسية وتم جمع البيانات من عينة قوامها (150) مفردة من الشباب الجامعي بكليات جامعة الأزهر المختلفة بين وبنات، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها وجود قصور في مستوى الوعي لدى الشباب الجامعي بالمشروعات القومية المستحدثة وأهميتها ومدى الجدوى من إنشائها وترى شريحة كبيرة من الشباب عينة الدراسة أن تلك المشروعات عبارة عن استنزاف للموارد الاقتصادية للدولة وأنها تسير في اتجاه غير الذي يحتاجه الشباب والمجتمع، أيضا ترى شريحة كبيرة من الشباب الجامعي عينة الدراسة أن المشروعات القومية المستحدثة لا توفر لهم فرص عمل مناسبة نظرا لأنها في مجالات معينة وقاصرة على تخصصات معينة وليست متنوعة لكي تفتح المجال لفئات كبيرة من الشباب للعمل بها، أيضا يستقي شريحة كبيرة من الشباب الجامعي عينة الدراسة معلوماتهم عن المشروعات القومية المستحدثة من مواقع وصفحات التواصل الاجتماعي وليس من المصادر والقنوات الرسمية أو المتخصصة وهذا يؤدي بصورة مؤكدة إلى إيصال صورة غير صحيحة أو مشوهة لدى الشباب عن المشروعات القومية المستحدثة، أيضا توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك قصور بالأدوار الحكومية الرسمية لتعزيز الوعي لدى الشباب الجامعي بالمشروعات القومية المستحدثة الأمر الذي ينعكس على الهوية الوطنية لديهم نحو تلك المشروعات حيث توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الجامعة مقلة في استضافة الخبراء والمتخصصين للتواصل بشكل مباشر مع الشباب الجامعي حول المشروعات القومية المستحدثة، كما أن المقررات الدراسية لا تتناول أي مادة علمية عن تلك المشروعات، وأكدت الدراسة أيضا على أن المؤسسات الإعلامية الرسمية لا تتيح صفحات ومواقع للتواصل الاجتماعي بشكل مناسب لكي يتابعها الشباب الجامعي ويتواصلون معها حيث أن مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي هي البديل الحالي للقنوات الإعلامية الرسمية مما يجعل الشباب يتابعون الصفحات الأخرى والتي لا تنقل الحقيقة بشكل صحيح أو بشكل مكتمل أيضا توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الشبابية مثل مراكز ونوادي الشباب مقلة جدا في عمل مسابقات متنوعة عن المشروعات القومية المستحدثة ولا تتيح رحلات وزيارات متكررة المواقع تلك المشروعات لكي يتمكن العديد من الشباب من زيارة ومشاهدة تلك المشروعات على أرض الواقع ومقابلة المسئولين والتحاور معهم حول تلك المشروعات ووضعت الدراسة في النهاية مقترحات من منظور تنمية المجتمع لتنمية وتعزيز الهوية الوطنية لدى الشباب الجامعي نحو المشروعات القومية المستحدثة من خلال تحديد نواحي القصور وكيفية مواجهتها من خلال الفنيات والتكتيكات والاستراتيجيات المناسبة وكذلك الأدوار والجهات والأشخاص المنوط بهم هذه المهمة حتى يمكن مواجهة الهجمة الشرسة على الشباب الجامعي وتعمد تزييف الوعي لديهم نحو الإنجازات التي تحدث على أرض الواقع بوطنهم. |b Therefore, the current study seeks to identify the level of awareness among university youth of the newly developed national projects and also to identify the reality of the role played by government institutions through university, media and youth institutions in developing awareness and correcting misconceptions among young people towards the new national projects to identify weaknesses to avoid and address them and identify On the strengths to develop and strengthen them, then identify the obstacles to strengthening the national identity of university youth towards the new national projects. In light of this, a plan is drawn up from the perspective of community development through the techniques, strategies and tactics of community development to enhance the national identity of university youth towards the new national projects. The current study used the descriptive approach to achieve this goal, and a tool for data collection, which is the questionnaire. It consisted of (45) phrases distributed on three main axes. |b The data was collected from a sample of (150) individuals from university youth in the various faculties of Al-Azhar University between and for girls, and the study reached a number of results. The most important of which is the presence of a deficiency in the level of awareness among university youth of the newly developed national projects, their importance and the feasibility of their establishment. A large segment of young people in the study sample sees that these projects are a drain on the economic resources of the state and that they are moving in a direction other than what the youth and society need. Also, a large segment of university youth sees The study sample is that the new national projects do not provide them with suitable job opportunities because they are in certain fields and are limited to certain specializations and are not diverse in order to open the way for large groups of young people to work in them. Social media and not from official or specialized sources and channels, and this certainly leads to the transmission of an incorrect or distorted image to the public The study also found that there are shortcomings in the official governmental roles to enhance awareness among university youth about the newly developed national projects, which is reflected on their national identity towards these projects. The university youth about the newly developed national projects, and the curricula do not deal with any scientific material about these projects. The study also confirmed that the official media institutions do not provide appropriate pages and social networking sites for university youth to follow and communicate with them, as social networking sites are the current alternative. The official media channels, which makes young people follow other pages that do not convey the truth correctly or completely. The results of the study also found that youth institutions, such as youth centers and clubs, are very few in conducting various competitions on the newly developed national projects and do not allow frequent trips and visits to the sites of these projects in order to Many young people are able to visit and see these projects on the ground and Interviewing officials and talking to them about these projects. In the end, the study developed a proposed plan from the perspective of community development to develop and strengthen the national identity of university youth towards the newly developed national projects by identifying the shortcomings and how to confront them through appropriate techniques, tactics and strategies, as well as the roles, agencies and people entrusted with this task so that it can confront the fierce attack on university youth And deliberately falsify their awareness of the achievements that occur on the ground in their homeland. | ||
