| المستخلص: | هذا البحث يهدف إلى دراسة دلالة حرف (بل) من منظور أصولي تطبيقي، حيث يهدف إلى بیان أنواعه المختلفة، ومعانيه، ودلالاته حسب السياقات، وذكر آراء علماء اللغة والأصول حوله، وجمع جملة من التطبيقات في الفروع الفقهية التي كان لوجود حرف (بل) أثر في حكمها. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث؛ استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج الاستنباطي، والمنهج الوصفي. ويُبرز البحث أهمية الدراسات البينية التي تجمع بين علوم مختلفة، والأثر الكبير لفهم دلالات حروف المعاني على تفسير النصوص الشرعية، وقد خَلَص البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها: أن حرف (بل) من أهم حروف المعاني، ومن حروف العطف التي تُشرك المعطوف مع المعطوف عليه في اللفظ دون المعنى، فيُثبت للمعطوف ما انتفى عن المعطوف عليه، ويدخل على المفردات، فيصير حرف عطف، ويدخُل على الجمل، فيكون للابتداء أو الاستئناف عند الجمهور، وهو الرأي الراجح، وأنه للإضراب، ويأتي للاستدراك في مواضع معينة عند بعض العلماء. ويوصي البحث بإجراء المزيد من الأبحاث حول حروف المعاني، ودراستها دراسةً أصولية تطبيقية. This research aims to study the significance of the letter (bal) from an applied jurisprudential perspective, as it intends to explain its different types, meanings, and indications according to contexts, in addition to mentioning the opinions of linguists and fundamentalists about it, as well as to collect a number of applications in the jurisprudential branches in which the existence of the letter (bal) had an impact in their rulings. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the inductive approach, the deductive approach and the descriptive approach. The research highlights the importance of interdisciplinary studies that combine different sciences, and the great impact of understanding the semantics of the letters of meanings on the interpretation of legal texts. The research reached several results, the most significant of which are: that the letter (bal) is one of the most important letters of meanings; it is one of the conjunctive letters that combines the appendix to the appended in the utterance not the meaning, so it ascertains to the appendix what the appended is excluded from. In addition, it comes with words to become a conjunction, and comes with sentences to be for commencement or continuation in the opinion of the majority, which is the weighing opinion. Besides, it is for abstaining, and it comes for retraction in certain places according to some scholars. The research recommends conducting more research on the letters of meanings, and studying them in an applied, fundamental study. |
