| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تقصى الكفاءة الذاتية والمهنية لمعلمي الأزهر، ووضع تصور مقترح للكفاءة الذاتية والمهنية في ضوء التعدد الثقافي وتدويل التعليم، وتم ذلك من خلال البحث الكيفي بجمع البيانات من خلال مقابلات شبه منظمة مع (۳۰) معلما ومعلمة ممن يعملون بمعاهد البعوث والمعاهد العادية التي تضم تلاميذ وطلبة وافدين بمختلف الثقافات، ومن خلال هذه العينات الهادفة تم تحليل محتوى المقابلة بشكل موضوعي، وأظهرت النتائج تدني مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية والمهنية للمعلمين في ضوء المعايير الدولية المرتبطة بالتعدد الثقافي وتدويل التعليم، وفي ضوء هذه المعايير، ومن خلال مسح الدراسات السابقة تم وضع تصور مقترح يضم عددا من الخصائص الضرورية للمعلمين في ضوء مفهوم التعدد الثقافي والتدويل. The research aimed to investigate the self-efficacy and professionalism of Al-Azhar teachers. Developing a proposed conception of self-efficacy and professionalism in the light of cultural diversity and the internationalization of education. This was done through qualitative research by collecting data through semi-structured interviews with (30) male and female teachers who work in scholarship institutes and regular institutes that include foreign students and students of different cultures. Through these purposive samples, the content of the interview was analyzed objectively, and the results showed a low level of self-efficacy and professionalism for teachers in light of international standards related to cultural pluralism and the internationalization of education. In the light of these standards, and through a survey of previous studies, a proposed vision was developed that includes a number of necessary characteristics for teachers in light of the concept of cultural pluralism and internationalization. |
