| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الضبط الاستنادي لبيانات التصنيف بالتسجيلات الببليوجرافية الذي كثرت وازدات أهميته مع ظهور النظم الألية المتكاملة، وإنشاء الملفات الإستنادية وفق صيغة (مارك ۲۱) الإستنادية مع وضع المعايير التي يتم الاعتماد عليها في بناء هذه الملفات لتكون بمثابة الأداة التي يعتمد عليها من قبل المكتبات المصرية، وتشجيع تللك المكتبات على تبني فكرة إنشاء قائمة استناديه لبيانات التصنيف وفق المشروع الذي قدمته الباحثة في هذه الدراسة واعتماد صيغة مارك ۲۱ الاستنادية في الفهرسة، لتوفيره الكثير من نقاط الإتاحة التي تساعد الباحثين في الوصول إلى مصادر المعلومات التي يحتاجونها واستخدمت الباحثة في ذللك الدراسة التحليلية الوصفية في جمع المعلومات حول موضوع الدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى تحقيق الضبط الاستنادي بالتسجيلات البليوجرافية بنسبة بلغت 85%، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني مشروع أنشاء ملف استناد تصنيفي لبيانات التصنيف بالتسجيلات الببليوجرافية، بالإضافة إلى تدريس مادة الضبط الاستنادي كمادة أساسية في قسم المكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات المصرية. The study aimed to identify the authority control of classification data in bibliographic records, which increased and increased in importance with the emergence of integrated automated systems, and the creation of authority files according to the (MARC 21) authority formula with the development of standards that are relied upon in the construction of these files to serve as a reliable tool from Before the Egyptian libraries, and encouraging those libraries to adopt the idea of creating an authority list for classification data according to the project presented by the researcher in this study and adopting the MARC 21 authority formula for indexing, to provide many access points that help researchers to access the information sources they need and the researcher used in that The descriptive analytical study in collecting information on the subject of the study, and the study reached to achieve the authority control of the bibliographic records with a rate of 85%, and the study recommended the need to adopt the project of creating a classification authority file for the classification data in the bibliographic records, in addition to teaching authority control as a basic subject in the library department. and information in Egyptian universities. |
