| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان دور السنة النبوية في تقويم سلوكيات المجتمع، وبيان مدى قدرة السنة النبوية على استيعاب المستجدات والنوازل التي يتعرض لها المجتمع في كافة النواحي، مع تنوع الأساليب النبوية في التعامل مع الأخطاء التي تختلف باختلاف الأحوال والأشخاص وبعد المقدمة جاء البحث في تمهيد وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة. فجاء التمهيد في التعريف بأهم مصطلحات البحث المبحث الأول: دور السنة النبوية في تقويم سلوكيات المجتمع بالتعليم، وأثر ذلك على الفقه الإسلامي ونحو ذلك. والمبحث الثاني: دور السنة النبوية في تقويم سلوكيات المجتمع بتصحيح المفاهيم، وبيان أثر ذلك على أفراد المجتمع، مع إظهار الجانب الفقهي لهذه الحالات ونحو ذلك. والمبحث الثالث: دور السنة النبوية في تقويم سلوكيات المجتمع بالتوبيخ، وبيان أثر ذلك على أفراد المجتمع والناحية الشرعية. وجاء في الخاتمة: أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من خلال البحث، ومن أهمها: أن السنه النبوية تجسد البعد الإنساني بشكل قوي وبارز في منهج الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو يقوم سلوك الأفراد، من حيث الرفق واللين وتجنب الإحراج للآخرين، وتفهم الظروف الخاصة للحالات التي يتعامل معها. This research aims to clarify the role of the Prophetic Sunnah in evaluating society, and to clarify the extent of the Sunnah to which it is exposed in all respects, with the diversity of the Prophet in dealing with different conditions presented in a preface, threefold demands, and a conclusion. Please be serious about introducing the most important search terms The first requirement: the role of the Sunnah in evaluating the behavior of society through education and its impact on Islamic jurisprudence and so on. And the second requirement: the role of the Prophet’s Sunnah in evaluating the behavior of society by correcting concepts, and explaining the impact on society, while showing the jurisprudential aspect of these cases and so on. And the third requirement: the role of the Prophet’s Sunnah in evaluating the behavior of society by reprimanding, and explaining the impact of this on society and the legal aspect. And in the conclusion: the most important results that I reached through the research, the most important of which are: The Sunnah of the Prophet embodies the human dimension in a strong and prominent way. The approach of the Messenger performs a behavior, in terms of kindness and gentleness, avoiding embarrassment for others, and understanding the special circumstances of the cases he deals with. |
