| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التحديات الاجتماعية لنسق الرعاية الصحية في مصر ومؤشرات جودتها، وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع القطاع الصحي في مصر، ومؤشرات جودته، وتحدياته الاجتماعية، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتوصلت النتائج إلى عرض دقيق ومفصل لواقع القطاع الصحي في مصر، وأظهرت مؤشرات جودته، والمتمثل في مؤشر عدد المستشفيات بالنسبة للمنتفعين، ومؤشر عدد الأطباء وأعضاء هيئة التمريض مقارنة بأعداد المترددين، ومؤشر الإنفاق الحكومي على قطاع الصحة، كما عرضت الدراسة التحديات الاجتماعية لنسق الرعاية الصحية في مصر والتي كانت أهمها النمو السكاني السريع وغير الخاضع للرقابة، ونقص أعداد الأطقم الطبية، وانخفاض معدلات الإنفاق الحكومي على الصحة، وافتقار المستشفيات الحكومية للخدمات الأولية للرعاية الصحية، وبناء عليه أوصت الدراسة بضرورة نشر الثقافة الصحية بين المواطنين، وقيام وسائل الإعلام بتوعية المواطنين من أخطار الزيادة السكانية، وضرورة زيادة معدلات الإنفاق على قطاع الصحة، وتوفير الخدمات الأولية للرعاية الصحية بقدر مناسب لاحتياجات المرضى. The study aimed to identify the social challenges of the health care system in Egypt and its quality indicators, by identifying the reality of the health sector in Egypt, its quality indicators, and its social challenges, the study relied on the descriptive approach. The results show an accurate and detailed presentation of the reality of the health sector in Egypt, and showed its quality indicators, represented in the indicator of the number of hospitals for beneficiaries, the indicator of the number of doctors and nursing staff compared to the number of visitors, and the indicator of government spending on the health sector. The study also presented the social challenges of the health care system in Egypt, the most important of which were the rapid and uncontrolled population growth, the lack of medical staff, the low rates of government spending on health, and the government hospitals' lack of primary health care services. Accordingly, the study recommended the need to spread health culture among citizens. And the media's awareness of citizens about the dangers of overpopulation, the need to increase spending rates on the health sector, and providing primary health care services in a manner appropriate to the needs of patients. |
