| المستخلص: | إذا كان العمل بحسب قانون العقوبات الأردني مرادفا للعقوبة السالبة للحرية، بحيث يقرن وجوبا بين بعض أنماط العقوبة السالبة للحرية والشغل باعتباره إجباري، فان المادة 13 من قانون مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل نصت على اعتبار التدريب المهني حقا من حقوق النزيل التي يجب توفيرها من قبل إدارة مركز الإصلاح والتأهيل. فبالإضافة إلى كونه وسيلة تأهيلية تستهدف تدريب النزيل على مهنة، من شأنها مساعدته على سلوك سبل العيش الكريم بعد الإفراج عنه، يشكل العمل احد البرامج اليومية الأساسية داخل مركز الإصلاح، باعتباره مبدأ لحفظ النظام داخلها من خلال ملئ أوقات فراغ النزلاء، والمساعدة في تجنب وقوع الاضطرابات والاخلالات التي من شأنها التسبب بأعمال شغب أو التمرد داخل مركز الإصلاح، هذا بالإضافة إلى الوظيفة الإنسانية التي يلعبها العمل باعتبار مساهمته في صيانة الصحة النفسية والبدنية للنزيل والمحافظة على روابطه الاجتماعية، خاصة من خلال الاستفادة من العائد المادي الذي يحصل عليه النزيل نظير عمله. The inmates work according to the Jordanian Penal Code is synonymous with freedom-depriving punishment; Work for some inmates is compulsorily links with some types of punishment depriving freedom. Article 13 of the Correction and Rehabilitation Centers Law stipulates that vocational training is considered one of the inmate's rights that must be provided before the management of the correction and rehabilitation centers. In addition to being a rehabilitative method aimed to train the inmate in a profession that would help him to conduct a decent livelihood after his release, work constitutes one of the basic daily programs inside the correctional center, as it is a principle to preserve order within it by filling the inmates' leisure time, and helping to avoid disturbances. And the deficiencies that would cause riots or rebellions within the correction center, in addition to the humanitarian function that the work plays, considering its contribution to the suport the inmate's mental and physical health and the develop his social ties, especially by taking advantage of the financial return that the inmate gets in return for his work. |
