| المستخلص: | تمثلت أهداف الدراسة في التعرف على درجة ممارسة إدارة الوقت لدى رؤساء الأقسام العلمية في كليتي الآداب والعلوم سلوق - الأبيار، من وجهة نظر أعضاء التدريس ومعرفة ما إذا كان هناك اختلاف بين وجهات نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام العلمية في كليتي الآداب والعلوم سلوق - الأبيار الإدارة الوقت وفقاً لمتغيري (الدرجة العلمية سنوات الخبرة). ولتحقيق الأهداف استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الاستبانة التي تكونت من قسمين: القسم الأول: تضمن المعلومات العامة المتعلقة بأفراد مجتمع البحث والقسم الثاني : تكون من (42) فقرة وزعت على أربعة مجالات رئيسة هي: مجال التخطيط للوقت وتنظيم الوقت، وتنفيذ الوقت والرقابة على الوقت، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (69) عضو هيئة تدريس، ولمعالجة البيانات استخدمت الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss)، حيث استخدمت معادلة آلفا كرونباخ والنسب المئوية والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار T.test، وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: إن درجة ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام العلمية في كليتي الآداب والعلوم سلوق - الأبيار لإدارة الوقت من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وفقاً لجميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية قد جاءت بدرجة ممارسة منخفضة، وليس هناك اختلاف بين وجهات نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة ممارسة إدارة الوقت لدى رؤساء الأقسام العلمية، وفقاً لمتغيري الرتبة العلمية والخبرة. The objectives of the study were to identify the degree of practice of time management among the heads of scientific departments in the College of Arts and Sciences / Saluq-Alabyar from the viewpoint of the faculty members, and to find out whether there is a difference between the views of the members of the research community about the degree of practice of the heads of scientific departments in the College of Arts and Sciences / Saluq-Alabyar To manage time according to the two variables (degree / years of experience). To achieve the goals, a descriptive survey method was used. The questionnaire was used, which consisted of two parts: the first section included general information related to the members of the research community, and the second section consisted of (42) paragraphs that were distributed into four main areas: the field of time planning, time management, time implementation, time control, The sample of the study consisted of (69) faculty members, and to process the data, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (spss) was used, where the Alpha Cronbach equation, percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations, and the T. test were used. The study concluded the following results: The degree of practice of the heads of scientific departments in the College of Arts and Sciences in Saluk for time management from the viewpoint of faculty members according to all fields and the overall degree came with a low practice score, There is no difference between the views of the study sample on the degree of time management practice among the heads of scientific departments according to the variables of academic rank and experience. |
