| 520 | |a يهدف البحث إلى بيان أهمية سند الوقف، والتعرف على طرق التوثيق خلال مرحلة شهدت عملية التوثيق فيها مهارة قل نظيرها في الجوانب القانونية والتنظيمية لأرشفة الأوقاف من خلال دراسة اعتمدت على فتح جزء من أرشيف الدولة العثمانية بالتركيز على حالة معينة تخص مدينة الموصل في العراق وتحديدا الجامع النوري، وتستعرض الدراسة بعض الوثائق التي تم الحصول عليها لأول مرة، وتحليلها. وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج التاريخي والوصفي ثم التحليلي بما يتناسب مع فقرات البحث، وقد توصل البحث إلى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات، منها: أهمية التوثيق للأوقاف وتفاصيلها، وكثرة وتنوع أوقاف مدينة الموصل وتأثيرها، وارتباط الأوقاف الاجتماعية والخيرية بالمجتمع الموصلي تأصيلا، أهمية جامع النوري وأوقافه، واندثار جزء منها، وتوصي الدراسة ببذل الجهد المشترك لدراسة السندات الخاصة بأوقاف الجامع لاستعادة ما اندثر منها. |b The research underscores the significance of endowments and delineates the methodologies for their validation. It investigates a historical period marked by unparalleled refinement in the endorsement process, particularly concerning the legal and archival management of endowments. The research focuses on the region of Mosul in Iraq during Ottoman Empire, especially the grand Noori mosque. The research also reviews some previously inaccessible archival materials by adopting historical, descriptive, and analytical approaches. The study presents notable findings and corresponding recommendations. These include the crucial importance of endorsing endowments and meticulously documenting their intricacies, an exploration of the diverse array of endowments in Mosul and their broader implications, an elucidation of the profound connection between social and charitable endowments and the societal fabric of Mosul, and an examination of the grand Noori mosque’s significance and its associated endowments. The research advocates for collaborative efforts to comprehensively investigate the significance of certificates related to the grand mosqu ’s endowments, with a particular emphasis on restoring and preserving any fragmented or incomplete records. | ||
