| المستخلص: | القانون ظاهرة اجتماعية، يتميز بلغته الخاصة واصطلاح خاص للتعبير عن محتواه، ومن هذا المنطلق تشكل هذه الخصائص صعوبات كبيرة في مسار الترجمة القانونية التي تعد من أصعب أنواع الترجمات كونها تهتم بالحرف والمعنى على حد سواء. كما أن الترجمة القانونية بالغة الأهمية في عصرنا الحالي لكثرة التبادلات التجارية التي نتجت جراء العولمة وأدت إلى خلق بيئة ملائمة للتسويق بوتيرة سريعة، أجبرت المترجم القانوني على تكييف المصطلحات مع ثقافته الوطنية لأن ترجمته ستقوم مقام المستند الأصلي وهو حال ترجمة القانون التجاري الجزائري الذي يعد بمثابة أساس تطور الاقتصاد الوطني وانتعاشه. Law is a social phenomenon and a set of standards formulated in order to regulate life in society. Legal texts use a particular language: the language of law. Legal translation is very important in our time due to the large number of commercial exchanges and globalization which helps to create an appropriate environment for marketing at a fast pace. The legal translator must therefore adapt the terminology to his national culture because his translation will take the place of the original document, which is the case with the translation of the Algerian Commercial code, which is the basis for the development of the national economy. La loi est un phénomène social et un ensemble de normes formulées pour réglementer la vie en société. Les textes juridiques utilisent un langage particulier: le langage juridique. La traduction juridique est très importante à notre époque en raison du grand nombre d’échanges commerciaux et de la mondialisation qui contribuent à créer un environnement approprié pour le marketing qui avance à un rythme rapide. Le traducteur juridique doit donc adapter la terminologie juridique à sa culture nationale car sa traduction fera office de document officiel, ce qui est le cas de la traduction du Code de commerce algérien, considéré comme étant la base de l’essor économique national. |
