The body becomes the battlefield around which the resistance of women in the story is built. Maïssa Bey écrit sur les femmes qui souffrent. Elle décrit le quotidien et les aspirations de celles qui n’arrivent pas à s’exprimer librement au sein de la société. Néanmoins, c’est une représentation qui prend ancrage dans un imaginaire qui tourne autour de la question de la corporéité dans le récit. Cette fille-là est le roman de la réappropriation de la voix confisquée. Une déconstruction d’un vécu âpre et obscure à travers la construction d’une identité intrinsèque aux femmes qui souffrent en silence. Le corps devient le champ de bataille autour duquel se construit la résistance des femmes dans le récit. |
