المستخلص:تهدف هذه المساهمة إلى تفسير الجوانب التبادلية والاستدلالات الاجتماعية المعرفية التي تلعب دورا في الاتصال الحكومي في ظل الأزمات: مسألة إقرار الحجر الصحي في سياق أزمة الكوفيد. من خلال نصوص الصحافة ووسائل الإعلام، التي تم جمعها عبر الإنترنت، يقترح هنا إعادة تشكيل المخططات التوصيلية والاجتماعية المعرفية، التي تحكم التأسيس الخطابي لفعل الحجر الصحي مثل توزيعها بين مواطن التحدث: الدولة، الخبراء، الصحافة (الإعلام) والسكان.

This contribution aims to account for the inter-illocutionary aspects and socio-cognitive inferences at play in government crisis communication: the introduction of containment in the context of the Covid-19 health crisis. Through the texts of the press and the media, collected in all directions, it is proposed here to reconstitute the illocutionary and socio-cognitive patterns that govern the discursive establishment of the containment action as they can be distributed between the enunciating instances involved: the State, the press (media) and the population (the common).

Cette contribution vise à rendre compte des aspects inter-illocutoires et des inférences sociocognitives en jeu dans la communication gouvernementale de crise: l’instauration du confinement dans le contexte de la crise sanitaire de la Covid-19. À travers les textes de presse et des médias, recueillis tous azimuts, il est proposé ici de reconstituer les schèmes conducteurs, illocutoires et sociocognitifs, qui gouvernent l’instauration discursive de l’action de confinement tel qu’ils peuvent être répartis entre les instances d’énonciation impliquées: l’État, la presse (médias) et la population (le commun).
