| 520 | |a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مناخ الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بالجزائر وفق مؤشرات البنك الدولي للحوكمة. ولإعداد هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لتعريف مناخ الاستثمار ومؤشرات البنك الدولي للحوكمة، والمنهج التحليلي لتحليل نتائج مؤشرات البنك الدولي للحوكمة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مختلف مؤشرات البنك الدولي للحوكمة خلال الفترة 2017/2021 لم تتجاوز عتبة الخمسين من سلم التقديرات. وفي هذا إشارة واضحة إلى الأداء السلبي للحكومة الجزائرية خلال هذه الفترة، وإلى انتشار الفساد في الجزائر. كما أن الجودة التنظيمية لا تزال هشة وضعيفة بالنسبة لباقي المؤشرات. |b This study aims to assess the climate of foreign direct investment in Algeria according to the indicators of the World Bank for governance. To prepare this study, we relied on the descriptive method to define the investment climate and the World Bank's governance indicators, and the analytical method to analyze the results of the World Bank's indicators of governance. The study found that the various indicators of the World Bank's governance during the period 2017/2021 did not exceed the 50th threshold of the rating scale. This is a clear indication of the negative performance of the Algerian government during this period, and the spread of corruption in Algeria. Also, the regulatory quality is still fragile and weak compared to the rest of the indicators. | ||
