| المستخلص: | شهدت الصين صعودا اقتصاديا وعسكريا وبشريا وتكنولوجيا سريعا مكنها من البزوغ كنجم فاعل على الساحة الدولية، إلا أن هذا الصعود قد تمت مواجهته بالكثير من التحديات التي كان أولها الرفض الأمريكي لتغيير ميزان القوى وبالتالي تغيير الوضع الراهن. ومن أجل ذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مستقبل العلاقات الأمريكية- الصينية وأثرها على النظام الدولي. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، إلى جانب الاستعانة بنظرية الدور، ومنهج اتخاذ القرار في السياسة الخارجية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه وبالرغم من العلاقات الاقتصادية الجيدة بين الولايات المتحدة والصين، والتنسيق الأمني في قضايا الإرهاب ووجود نقاط أخرى مشتركة انطلاقا من الاعتماد المتبادل بين الدولتين، إلا أن الولايات المتحدة تبدي قلقا من تغيير النظام الدولي إلى نظام متعدد الأقطاب تكون الصين إحدى أقطابه. وقد شهدت العلاقات الأمريكية الصينية تأزما نتيجة الصعود الصيني، وانتشار فيروس كورونا الذي اعتبرت الصين مصدرة له، والذي كبد الاقتصاد الأمريكي المتحدة خسائر فادحة، في ظل تخوف الولايات المتحدة من أن تصبح الصين القوى الاقتصادية الأولى، كل تلك الأمور جعلت من الصعب بمكان عودة العلاقات التعاونية بين الجانبين خاصة مع الحملة الإعلامية من كلا الجانبين والتي تتولى تبادل الاتهامات بينهما. وأخيرا، فإن الصعود الصيني مرهون بتطور الأوضاع الاقتصادية بين القوى العظمى وعلى رأسها الولايات المتحدة، والأوضاع الاقتصادية العالمية بشكل عام، إلى جانب تطور الأوضاع السياسية. China witnessed a rapid economic, military, human and technological rise that enabled it to emerge as an effective player on the international scene. However, this rise was faced with many challenges, the first of which was the American refusal to change the balance of power and thus change the status quo. For this reason, this study came to shed light on the future of US-Chinese relations and their impact on the international system. To achieve this goal, the descriptive analytical approach was used, in addition to role theory and the decision-making approach in foreign policy. The study revealed that despite the good economic relations between the United States and China, the security coordination on terrorism issues, and the presence of other common points based on the mutual dependence between the two countries. However, the United States is concerned about changing the international system to a multipolar system with China as one of its poles. US-Chinese relations have witnessed a crisis as a result of the Chinese rise and the spread of the Corona virus, which China was considered to be the source of which inflicted huge losses on the American economy and the United States, in light of the United States’ fear that China would become the number one economic power. All of these things made it extremely difficult to restore cooperative relations between the two sides, especially with the media campaign on both sides, which led to the exchange of accusations between them. Finally, the Chinese rise depends on the development of economic conditions among the great powers, led by the United States, and global economic conditions in general, in addition to the development of political conditions. |
