| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الإنهاك النفسي وعلاقته بالصلابة النفسية لدى أمهات أطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد في فلسطين، وتقصي الفروق في متوسطات هذه المتغيرات النفسية تبعا لمتغيرات: عمر الأم المستوى التعليمي للأم، الحالة العملية للأم مكان السكن. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي؛ إذ طبقت مقاييس الإنهاك النفسي، والصلابة النفسية على عينة مؤلفة من (204) من أمهات أطفال التوحد، فأشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط دالة إحصائيا، بين الإنهاك النفسي والصلابة النفسية لدى أمهات أطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد إذ بلغت قيمة معامل ارتباط بيرسون (-0.159)، وجاءت العلاقة عكسية سالبة بمعنى أنه كلما ازدادت درجة الإنهاك النفسي انخفض مستوى الصلابة النفسية، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تشجيع أمهات أطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد على التفاؤل، من خلال تعزيز الصلابة النفسية لديهم، وذلك بهدف تخفيف الإنهاك النفسي عنهم والاستفادة من مقياسهما. This study was aimed at identifying the level of psychological exhaustion and its relationship to the psychological storms of the children of the children of children, forcing the spectrum of unification in the mediator, and the differences in the averages of these psychological changes according to changes: the mother of the mother, the level of the educational level, The study used the descriptive correlational approach. As the standards: psychological exhaustion, and psychological static, after examining their high -end characteristics (honesty, and fixtures), on an eye that was from (204) from the children of children, the obligatory spectrum of the unification in the sample of the sample of the year (2022m), autism spectrum disorder. The results indicated that there is a statistically significant correlation between psychological exhaustion and psychological hardness among mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder, as the value of the Pearson correlation coefficient was (-.159), and the relationship was inversely negative; In the sense that the greater the degree of psychological exhaustion, the lower the level of psychological hardness, The study recommended the need to encourage mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder to be optimistic, by enhancing their psychological toughness, in order to reduce their psychological exhaustion and benefit from their scale. |
