| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التعاطف الانفعالي والاتزان النفسي والاتزان الاجتماعي لدى مدرسي المرحلة الإعدادية من الذكور والإناث وتعرف العلاقة بين التعاطف الانفعالي والاتزان النفسي والاجتماعي وفقا لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور- إناث) واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي إذ طبق البحث على عينة مكونة من (230) مدرسا ومدرسة وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على مقياس التعاطف الانفعالي المعد من (أية رياض عبد 2018) المكون من (23) فقرة. قامت الباحثة بحساب الصدق والثبات والتمييز للمقياس وقامت الباحثة بأعداد مقياس الاتزان النفسي المكون من (20) فقرة ومقياس الاتزان الاجتماعي المكون من (21) وتم حساب الصدق والثبات والتمييز لكلا المقياسين. وبعد تطبيق المقاييس وحساب الدرجات تبين أن مدرسي المرحلة الإعدادية من كلا الجنسين يتمتعون بمستوى متوسط من التعاطف الانفعالي والاتزان النفسي والاتزان الاجتماعي. كما توصل البحث إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في التعاطف الانفعالي والاتزان النفسي بين الذكور والإناث بينما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الجنسين في الاتزان الاجتماعي لصالح الذكور. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين متغيرات البحث. وقامت الباحثة بوضع عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. The study aimed to identify the level of emotional empathy, psychological stability, and social stability among preparatory school teachers, males and females, and to identify the relationship between emotional empathy and psychological and social stability according to the variables of gender (male, female). The study followed the descriptive correlative approach, as the research was applied to a sample consisting of (230) male and female teachers, the researcher relied on the emotional empathy scale prepared by (Aya Riyad Abd, 2018) consisting of (23) items. The researcher calculated the validity, stability and discrimination of the scale, and the researcher prepared a psychological stability scale consisting of (20) items and a social stability scale consisting of (21) items, and the validity, stability and discrimination were calculated for both scales. After applying the standards and calculating the grades, it was found that preparatory school teachers of both genders have a medium level of emotional empathy, psychological stability, and social stability. The research also found that there were no statistically significant differences in emotional empathy and psychological stability between males and females, while there were statistically significant differences between the genders in social stability in favor of males. The results also showed that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the research variables, the researcher made a number of recommendations. |
