| المستخلص: | يمثل التخطيط الاستراتيجي حقلا فكريا معاصرا، جاء انبثاقه استجابة واعية من القيادة الاستراتيجية، وما يتبع ذلك من سلوك استراتيجي، يمكن المؤسسات والمنظمات من اعتماد خيارات التنويع في الأسس النظرية للاستراتيجية، ومدارسها الفكرية ونموذجها وأهدافها وتكوينها. إذ يحمل التخطيط الاستراتيجي جوانب نظرية وتطبيقية فريدة من نوعها، ومتفاعلة بلغة الترابط والتناسق والتكامل ما بين أبعادها ومتغيراتها، كما أخذ التخطيط الاستراتيجي في العصر الحديث معنى جديدا تعكسه المنزلة التي أصبح يحتلها المواطن في المجتمعات الديمقراطية الحديثة، فأصبحت الاستراتيجية بمثابة حلقة وصل بين كل المؤسسات والمنظمات ومكونات البناء الاجتماعي. من خلال عرضنا لهذه الدراسة نهدف إلى توضيح الصورة المرتبطة بالطفل اللاجئ التي تنادي التنظيمات المؤسسية في دعمه وتحسين وضعة، كما تطرقت الدراسة إلى الجانب الإعلامي الذي هو الآخر يركز جل اهتمامه بوسائله المختلفة المستحدثة لربط هذا الطفل بواقعه كي تبقى الصلة الاجتماعية والثقافية وغيرها، غير بعيدة من واقعه الذي اعتاد عليه. Strategic planning represents a contemporary intellectual field, the emergence of which came as a conscious response from the strategic leadership, and the subsequent strategic behavior that enables institutions and organizations to adopt diversification options in the theoretical foundations of strategy, its schools of thought, model, objectives and composition. Strategic planning carries unique theoretical and applied aspects, interacting in the language of interconnection, consistency and integration between its dimensions and variables. Strategic planning in the modern era has also taken on a new meaning reflected in the status that the citizen has come to occupy in modern democratic societies, so strategy has become a link between all institutions and organizations. components of the social structure. Through our presentation of this study, we aim to clarify the image associated with the refugee child that calls on institutional organizations to support him and improve his situation. The study also touched on the media aspect, which also focuses most of its attention on its various innovative means to connect this child to his reality so that the social, cultural, and other connections remain not far from reality to which he is accustomed. |
