| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العوامل النفسية والاجتماعية المؤدية للجريمة النسوية في المجتمع الليبي دراسة (حالة) على نزيلات مؤسسة الإصلاح والتأهيل سبها، والتعرف على نوع ونمط الجرائم السائدة لدي الحالات محل الدراسة (مخفية -ظاهرة)، والآثار المترتبة عن جرائم المرأة في المجتمع الليبي، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج (دراسة الحالة التفسيرية). بلغ عدد حالات الدراسة (3) حالات، توصلت إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: العوامل النفسية، والاجتماعية أكثر العوامل مساهمة في ارتكاب النساء للجريمة. من حيث الشعور بالإحباط وعدم التكيف مع الظروف المحيطة، والتمييز النوعي القائم على أساس النوع (الجندر) حيث تبين أنه عامل رئيس في شعور النساء بالقهر والدونية، وبروز مشكلة العنف الأسري من قبل الزوج على زوجته كعامل دافع لارتكاب الجريمة، كما تبين تصدع البناء الأسري لدي الحالات الثلاث مما ينذر بانعكاس سلبي على أساليب التنشئة الاجتماعية للأبناء. The study aimed to explore the psychological and sociological factors leading to female criminality in the Libyan society, and to explore the type and pattern of prevalent crimes (hidden and explicit) and their implications in Libyan society. The study represents a case study on the female inmates of the correction and rehabilitation institution in Sebha. The study used the interpretive case study method, where three study cases were included in the study. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: Psychological and social factors are the most contributing factors to females committing crime, in terms of feeling frustrated and failing to adapt to the surrounding circumstances. Also, discrimination based on gender was found to be a major factor in women's feeling of oppression and inferiority, and the emergence of the problem of domestic (family) violence by the husband against his wife as a motivating factor for committing the crime. It was also shown that the family structure was cracked in the three cases included in the study, leading to a potential negative impact on children’s social development. |
