| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى روحانية مكان العمل، ومستوى نمطي الشغف الوظيفي، والتحقق من العلاقة الارتباطية بينهما، والكشف عن الفروق في روحانية مكان العمل، ونمطي الشغف الوظيفي وفقا لمتغير الجنس، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (139) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الأساسية، وتحقيقا لأهداف الدراسة أعد الباحث أداتين للدراسة هما مقياس روحانية مكان العمل، ومقياس نمطي الشغف الوظيفي، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود مستوى مرتفع جدا لروحانية مكان العمل ولنمط الشغف الانسجامي، في حين جاء مستوى نمط الشغف القهري بمستوى متوسط، وبينت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين أبعاد روحانية مكان العمل ونمط الشغف الانسجامي، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية سلبية بين أبعاد روحانية مكان العمل ونمط الشغف القهري، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق في روحانية مكان العمل ونمطي الشغف الوظيفي وفقا لمتغير الجنس. The study aimed to identify the level of workplace spirituality, the level of the two types of job passion, and to verify the correlation between them, and to reveal the differences in workplace spirituality, and the two types of job passion according to the gender variable. For the purposes of the study, the researcher prepared two tools for the study: the workplace spirituality scale, and the two types of job-passion scale. The results of the study showed a very high level of workplace spirituality, and the harmonious passion type, while the level of the obsessive passion type came at a medium level, and the results showed a positive correlation Between the dimensions of workplace spirituality and the harmonious passion type, and the existence of a negative correlation between the dimensions of workplace spirituality and the obsessive passion type, and the results indicated that there were no differences in the workplace spirituality and the two job passion types according to the gender variable.- |
