| المستخلص: | ولد عزيز السيد جاسم (١٩٤١- ۱۹۹۱ م) في محافظة ذي قار جنوب العراق، يرجع نسبه إلى أسرة كادحة كريمة تنتسب إلى الرسول (محمد) عليه وعلى آلة السلام، كانت بداياته الفكرية ماركسية، ثم انتهت بامتزاجها مع المتبنيات الإسلامية والصوفية، أسهم بالحركات الوطنية النضالية بشكل فعال ومؤثر مما أدى إلى تعرضه إلى الاعتقال ست مرات في مختلف الحكومات منذ الملكية وحتى الجمهورية الأولى والثانية، أول اعتقال كان عمره ١٥ عاما أثر قيادته مظاهرات طلابية، امتدت خدمته الوظيفية الحكومية ١٥ عاما فقط، اعتقل خلالها اربع مرات، وفصل من الوظيفة ثلاث مرات، ثم استقال وأحيل. بعدها. إلى التقاعد سنة ۱۹۷۸ وعمره ٣٧ سنة فقط. ألف خلال حياته أكثر من ستين مؤلف وكتاب مطبوع، فضلا عن عشرات المقالات والدراسات المنشورة في الصحف والمجلات العربية والعراقية. اعتقل مع شقيقه الدكتور محسن جاسم الموسوي بأمر من رئيس الدولة عام ۱۹۸۸ أثر تأليفه لكتاب يحمل عنوان (على بن أبي طالب (ع) سلطة الحق)، عرضت عليه صفقة مقابل إطلاق سراحه هو وشقيقه، حاول الانتحار للتخلص منها، ثم أطلق سراحهما. بعد أحالته إلى التقاعد براتب قليل جدا منع من النشر في الصحافة، من أجل الضغط عليه للخنوع إلى إملاءات السلطة. رفض أمر مباشر من رئاسة الدولة لتأليف كتاب عن رئيس النظام، ثم رفض أمر رئاسي آخر للكتابة ضد سكان جنوب العراق (الشيعة)، وبعد قيام كاتب آخر بالكتابة (ضد الشيعة) والتشكيك بأصولهم، كتب ردا على تلك المقالات (6 مقالات نشرتها جريدة الثورة الناطقة باسم حزب البعث الحاكم) ولم ينشر الرد عليها. بعدها بأيام تم اعتقاله واستشهاده (عشية عيد الفطر الموافق 15 نيسان ۱۹۹۱). Aziz Al-Sayyid Jassim (1941 - 1991 A.D.) was born in the Dhi Qar Governorate in southern Iraq. His lineage goes back to a noble, hard working family that belongs to the Prophet (Muhammad), peace be upon him and his family. His intellectual beginnings were Marxist, then it ended with a mixture of Islamic and Sufi traditions. He contributed to the national struggle movements. Effectively and influentially, which led to him being arrested six times in various governments from the monarchy to the first and second republics. His first arrest was when he was 15 years old after leading student demonstrations. His government service lasted only 15 years, during which he was arrested four times and dismissed from his job three times. Then he resigned and was subsequently retired in 1978, when he was only 37 years old. During his life, he wrote more than sixty books and published books, as well as dozens of articles and studies published in Arab and Iraqi newspapers and magazines. He was arrested with his brother, Dr. Mohsen Jassim Al-Moussawi, by order of the President of the State in 1988 after he wrote a book titled (Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him) the authority of truth). He was offered a deal in exchange for his and his brother’s release. He tried to commit suicide to get rid of it, and then they were released. After he was retired with a very small salary, he was banned from publishing in the press, in order to pressure him to submit to the dictates of authority. He rejected a direct order from the presidency to write a book about the president of the regime, then rejected another presidential order to write against the residents of southern Iraq (the Shiites), and after another writer wrote (against the Shiites) and questioned their origins, he wrote in response to those articles (6 articles published by the Al-Thawra newspaper In the name of the ruling Baath Party) and the response was not published. A few days later, he was arrested and martyred (on the eve of Eid al-Fitr, April 15, 1991). |
