| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى تحديد أثر اليقظة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق التفوق التنظيمي في المنظمات التعليمية عينة الدراسة، ومعرفة مدى الاهتمام بها من قبل متخذي القرار في هذه المنظمات من أجل تحقيق التفوق التنظيمي، وكذلك توضيح طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة. وتم تطبيق البحث الحالي في واحد من أهم القطاعات الحيوية والمهمة ألا وهو قطاع التعليم حيث تم تحديد عدد من الجامعات العراقية (جامعة تكريت، جامعة الأنبار، جامعة كركوك) ميدانا للدراسة، لغرض تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تبني أنموذج فرضي يعبر عن العلاقات المنطقية بين متغيرات الدراسة، ونتج عنه مجموعة من الفرضيات الرئيسية والفرعية تعد كل واحدة منها إجابة عن الأسئلة التي أثيرت في مشكلة البحث، وتم اختبار الفرضيات بعد الحصول على البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة للجانب الميداني من خلال الاستعانة بالاستبانة بوصفها الأداة الرئيسة لجمع البيانات، عبر توزيعها بطريقة العينة القصدية، حيث وزع الباحث (209) استبانة على عدد من القادة الأكاديميين في الجامعات العراقية قيد البحث، وتم استبعاد (7) استبانة غير صالحة، وكانت (202) منها صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي وبمعدل استجابة (97%)، وتم استعمال مجموعة من الوسائل والأساليب الإحصائية المتوافرة في البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS). وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود أثر ذو دلالة معنوية لليقظة الاستراتيجية على التفوق التنظيمي في الجامعات قيد الدراسة. واختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من المقترحات للجامعات عينة الدراسة التي من شأنها الارتقاء بواقع هذه المنظمات بصورة أفضل. The study aims to determine the impact of strategic vigilance in achieving organizational superiority in educational organizations, the study sample, and to know the extent of interest in it by decision makers in these organizations in order to achieve organizational excellence, as well as to The current study was applied in one of the most vital and important sectors, which is the education sector, where a number of Iraqi universities (Tikrit University clarify the nature of the relationship between the variables of the study. For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study, a hypothetical model was adopted that expresses the logical relationships between the variables of the study, and it resulted in a set of main and sub-hypotheses, each of which is an answer to the questions raised in the study problem, and the hypotheses were tested after obtaining the necessary data and information for the field side through the use of With the questionnaire as the main tool for data collection, by distributing it by the intentional sampling method, where the researcher distributed (209) questionnaires to a number of academic leaders in the Iraqi universities under study, and (7) invalid questionnaires were excluded, and (202) of them were valid for statistical analysis with a response rate of 97%), and a set of statistical tools and methods available in the statistical program (SPSS) were used. The study reached a set of theoretical and field results, the most important of which are: The results of the study showed that there is a significant effect of strategic vigilance on organizational excellence in the universities under study. The study concluded with a set of proposals for the universities of the study sample that would improve the reality of these organizations in a better way. |
