| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الحوكمة في مكافحة ظاهرة الفساد والوقاية منها في بلديات محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر الموظفين. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، حيث قامت بإعداد استبانة موجهة لموظفي البلديات تكونت من (60) فقرة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع موظفي بلديات محافظة الخليل. وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة تكونت من (360) موظفا وموظفة من موظفي البلديات تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية القصدية الحصصية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى تطبيق الحوكمة في بلديات محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر موظفي البلديات كانت بدرجة متوسطة، وأن مستوى مكافحة ظاهرة الفساد والوقاية منها في بلديات محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر الموظفين كانت بدرجة متوسطة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى تطبيق الحوكمة ومستوى مكافحة ظاهرة الفساد والوقاية منها في بلديات محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر الموظفين، كما توصلت أيضا إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مستوى تطبيق الحوكمة، ومستوى مكافحة الفساد في بلديات محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر الموظفين، تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، ونوع الوظيفة، والمؤهل العلمي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات. |b This study aimed to identify the role of governance in combating and preventing corruption in the municipalities of Hebron governorate from the perspective of employees. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, as she prepared a questionnaire for municipal employees, which consisted of (60) items, and the study population consisted of all employees of the municipalities of Hebron governorate. The study was applied to a sample consisting of (360) male and female employees of the municipalities, who were chosen by the quota-based random method. The results of the study showed that the level of governance implementation in the municipalities of Hebron governorate from the viewpoint of municipal employees was medium, and the level of combating and preventing corruption in the municipalities of Hebron governorate from the viewpoint of employees was medium. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the level of application of governance and the level of combating and preventing corruption in the municipalities of Hebron governorate from the point of view of employees. Corruption in the municipalities of Hebron Governorate from the point of view of employees, due to the variables: gender, type of job, and educational qualification. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations. | ||
